    RIGHT EYE VS LEFT EYE BETTER EXPLAINED HERE
    ALSO FOR JUMPING SILENTLY, THE SECOND POSITION HAS TO BE HIGHER THAN THE FIRST.
    I WILL NOT MAKE MISTAKES IN THE NEXT VIDEOS! SORRY!

    the crouch spray is a popular mechanic in brazil, the brazilian major semi finalist boltz that was used to do this a LOT and it was called "carangueijada do boltz" or "crab-walk by boltz" in english

    Strafing for longer before peeking will make the peek-movement faster, but will also give footsteps to the enemy. 😐

    • @GRAPEcs2
      @GRAPEcs2  Месяц назад +4

      that's true for sure 🙏 will depend on the situation when you decide to use it or not. if you're worried about giving noise then it's okay to sacrifice the movement speed, but if you think the enemy is far enough away to not hear you / other things are happening that they probably can't hear you then going for max speed swing might be best 🙂

      It depends, he shows exaclty when and where you can do it and no you won't make that much noise, try it on practice map, you can fast strafe just enough not to make noise and gain more speed. It is not something to do at every occasion I do that when I am at disadvange with a lower weapon tier than my opponent, it's worth a try because chance are they won't expect it. R8, 5-7, tech9, MP9 are what you want to be holding when do this fast strafe. If you are coming from far away you can help yourself with a decoy. If I know for sure one is holding an angle I even run with knife before switching to the weapon before strafing. I love decoys btw, underrated AF.

    Tnx for sharing! Didn't know about the silent jump and moving usp accuracy.
    Good thing to note is right eye is even more obvious when crouched; crouching makes your butt stick out to your left.

    6th clip is misleading. You are wrong about "same height" Stairs are actually higher than tetris. That's the only way how you don't make sound. Because what you said would be an abuse like some years ago, when pro players were jumping on banana for info and not making sound. Try jumping from stairs to tetris and see yourself, advanced player there)

  • @PoipoiFR
    @PoipoiFR Месяц назад +5

    You do make noise jumping to equal height. The landing point has to be higher than the jumping point, even if it's just by 1 unit.

    You mentioned left-right eye peek but forgot about the above-below thingy. Basically, your playermodel's eye level isn't where their eyes atz it's a little lower, which means that generally speaking you should be taking lower ground (e.g. inferno apps-balcony to pit)

    How can I make the bullets on the wall red? And how i can add bots to a map?
    Nice Video!

    • @GRAPEcs2
      @GRAPEcs2  Месяц назад

      Thank you! I believe sv_showimpacts 1 in console will make the bullets red on the wall in a private server. As for bots, I use a practice config on my own private server hosted by dathost. Then you can type .bot with the correct plugins on your server. It’s pretty easy to set it up on their site if you get a server there 🙏

    Also with the mechanic in #5 there's a nice trick where you can be accurate faster while jumping up certain things, mainly the mirage bench. You just jump (while crouching) onto the bench, and then let go of the crouch button while you're over the bench to be accurate faster, because when you let go of the crouch, your feet land faster compared to if you just jump on the bench regularly (without crouching)

    Left vs right eye isn’t much of an advantage as much as distance from an angle is.

    • @GRAPEcs2
      @GRAPEcs2  Месяц назад +3

      That is true, but I wouldn't consider that a hidden or secret mechanic that people don't talk about. That is just geometry. A lot of people don't know that the camera is more towards the right side of the head in CS2.

    Grape what about chaning your view model left/right depending on the angle of the peak? will this be a counter to number 3?

    • @GRAPEcs2
      @GRAPEcs2  Месяц назад +1

      Changing your viewmodel position won’t change how the enemy perceives you, or which side of your head the camera is positioned 🙏

    Does the right eye peek switch to left when you swap weapons to the other side?

  • @tnguyen8633
    @tnguyen8633 Месяц назад +3

    At 2:00 mins the explanation is incorrect. The reason one shows up first is because the person further away from the peak angle will always see their target before the person closer to the angle

    • @GRAPEcs2
      @GRAPEcs2  Месяц назад +1

      While you are right that is a factor that goes into how angles work in regards to seeing someone first in CS2, that is not the only factor that comes into play in the example I showed. I should have shown a more neutral angle, where I just stood against a wall to show that the camera in CS2 is positioned on the right side of the players head, but still in the clip I showed it does play a part in seeing the enemy first as well as the very slight difference in how close the left eye player is to the wall. Even if he was standing just as far back as the right eye angle player you would still see him first due to the camera being placed on the right side of the players head.

  • @bungunbasedwifeform1003
    @bungunbasedwifeform1003 Месяц назад

    Number 3 isn't exactly right. It's been talked about before and it's actually the distance you are away from a wall is more important.
    The further away you are the more likely you will see them first, but if you're hugging the wall and peek, you will be seen first.
    It's why on D2 long the CT usually has a better spot and it has nothing to do with eye or right eye showing first. a good example of this is on nuke ramp, the T's swing right and they're right eye peeked, but the CT still has the advantage due to the super long angle, 45 degree slope ramp viewing angle, and distance away from the connector wall. and BAM, AWPED.
    Also, I noticed on the Example for #3 both players were not equal distance away from the wall either, the left eye peek example is closer to the nearest surface.

    • @GRAPEcs2
      @GRAPEcs2  Месяц назад +1

      the distance is the more important factor, but that doesn’t change the fact that the camera is positioned towards the right side of the head

  • @conrickclips6186
    @conrickclips6186 Месяц назад

    I dont think right eye peeking is still a thing in cs2 anymore. I think they centered the camera. The exampleclip you showed has the corner closer to the wall for the left eye peeker pov. This only makes angle distance even more important (ontop of peekers advantage) because in CSGO you could beat close vs far angle distance with a right eye peek. I could be wrong on this of course, but thats what I´ve been seeing since cs2 came out

    • @GRAPEcs2
      @GRAPEcs2  Месяц назад +1

      It is still a thing in CS2. You are right in the example the corner is a little closer for the left eye peeker pov but it doesn't change the fact that your camera is not centered. You can test it yourself in a server 🙏 if you go close to a wall with your right side showing you will be able to see around the corner way before if you were to try peeking close to a wall left side first.

      @ this French Guy made me change my mind. There is sometimes a slight advantage but I think it a minor one as peeker advantage is more important.
