#25 First Principles - Jonathan Manshack: Culture and Change Management - Case Studies

Jonathan Manshack is a Scrum Master with over 4 years’ experience in the Scrum framework and in parallel he has volunteer experience as a Project Coordinator and Scrum Master. His professional Scrum background has involved working for Apple, Visa, Dropbox, and NOV Inc. which has allowed him to gain experience in many different types of projects, management styles, business cultures, and mindsets. Originally, he comes from an Education background - having majored in Applied Linguistics - but landed a tech role after graduation by working as a contracted Data Curator with Apple, and then grew from there.
He considers himself a “Scrum fanboy” and loves sharing his experiences with others so they may hopefully find value in his failures and successes.
