Great job on the Weber Tim! I have been reluctant to use the G-Flex for end of button work but it sure seems to work well! Once again you inspire me! Tom
Tim the solutions you come up with.....brilliant. I guess I am more of a diagnostician and wonder how that oblique two chucks got bitten off....He had to have been biting hard on the back teeth would be my guess.
Here is a link to one of my pipes that I have for sale on eBay. www.ebay.com/itm/186406247709?mkcid=16&mkevt=1&mkrid=711-127632-2357-0&ssspo=llVaRnflRTO&sssrc=2051273&ssuid=llVaRnflRTO&var=&widget_ver=artemis&media=COPY
The reamers are stamped with Oldi, made in Denmark. They aren’t very common but sell for about $20 a piece. Found them at an estate sale. Tools mostly came from Amazon. The briar and stem cleaners come from Lbepen.com. I made a video review. Here is the link. ruclips.net/video/u-x9y98SL40/видео.htmlsi=X6QZ3Jd9fgO-BkI0

I have a pipe that needs the exact same fix.
I hate it when something like that happens. Thank you for watching.
You are a great craftsmen! Love your vids and all you do to help us learn. Got a tight stem. Best fix?
Usually a good cleaning will loosen up the stem. If not, then use beeswax on the tenon.
Beautiful, I know you said you were going to keep that pipe but do you have a eBay store??

Great Video, what brand of reamers are you using in this video? Where is a good resource to purchase some of the tools you use?
