If you see the page explaining what the website does, that means you're already connected to the internet. If you see that page still can't access other websites, there is some other problem such as the network specifically blocking sites you are trying to access.

Public wifi often blocks your Internet until you get through the login or payment page but that page doesn't always load probably. Trying to connect to the website in this video forces the login page to open so you actually aren't fully loading the website. If you don't have internet for some other reason, you may need to do something different.
If you were able to load the webpage explaining "what, how and why", your device isn't affected by the issue with the web login screen and you are connected to the internet. If you still aren't able to load other websites, it could be that the network admin has blocked those websites.
This tutorial is for when you are able to connect to a public WiFi network but the network is not providing internet. If you don't have WiFi, then you need a different solution. The browser can be chrome, edge, safari or any other browser on your device.
On a lot of public wifi, the network blocks you from connecting to the internet until you agree to the terms and conditions on the login page. A lot of modern websites use something called SSL which causes problems with that network login page so you never get past that stage of connecting to the internet. This site is designed without SSL so when you try to access it, the network will load the login page that wasn't loading when you tried connecting to websites with SSL. Once you're able to load the login page, you can finish the steps to connect to the internet.
Without going into too much technical detail, this website tries to connect to the internet without certain features that most modern websites have. Public wifi often won't let you access the internet until you go through their login process and these modern website features obstruct that process. So if you try to connect without these modern features, your device is able to start the login process.
On public wifi, the network is often set up to block your internet until you agree to terms & conditions or pay. This website is designed so that your browser tries to connect to it in a different way from most other websites which forces the network login page to open when your internet is being blocked.
If you're connected to Wifi and it's not working, contact staff members because the internet may be down or the admin may need to whitelist your device.

Change the IP address and DNS settings to "don't auto-obtain" or "manual" and then copy the subnet mask, gateway, and DNS of a device you already have connected to the internet (you can find tutorials online on how to get that information on specific devices). For the IP address, enter one that is almost exactly the same by in the last section, change the number a little bit (ex. instead of 192.168.2.5, you can enter 192.168.2.15). If that doesn't work, you could also try changing your DNS to 045.055.142.122.
I don't have that device but for most gaming devices, there are additional settings or special steps to open the browser. After that, this method should work
