- And cardboard … and … what else?! Let's find out! I'm obsessed with this trend hahahaha. I decided to put my own spin on it where I go back and forth so you get both visuals of me tapping on my own face, and also tapping on yours; while switching up the textures. I like how it turned out!!

I think she's making the sounds with the other hand - the one we can't see... If she has a plastic/wooden/glass/etc. Object on the table, she can tap on that simultaneously with the hand on her/the viewer's face 😄

Gibi said she doesn't do it through editing. So I think it's incredible hand-hand coordination and she has her other hand perfectly match this hand's movements on a table with the items.

Im not sure who was the first to do this, but Benio Asmr did "my face is plastic" like a week ago. So I know it wasn't Gibi (even though I do really like her's) that came up with this idea. I'll have to check it out.
Edit: So tons of asmrtists have done this and so far Eevy asmr is the oldest one I've found. Her's is over a year old.
Double Edit: Well I could've saved myself a lot of time if I would've checked the description first. Anyway Gibi credits Seafoam Kitten's asmr for being the original. And apparently it was all the way back to 2017.

It was so tingly when you scratch the wood it felt like there was a tight headband on my head and the way you “touch my face” it was tingly like omg the talent in ASMR is so cool keep up the good work Gibi! By the way your so gorgeous and pretty and stunning! My favorite face textures is wood, plastic, cork, and bristles but every one was amazing! Even your smile brings a sunset my way, your smile is so sweet 😭❤️

Honestly it’s more impressive If she did the sounds at the spot, cuz there’s no time to think and no time for errors and no editing.
Some of the videos in these trends have two hands on their face its insane how accurate they pulled it off

I saw this on goodnight moon's channel a while back and it was just a short segment, but i loved it! I REALLY hope this trigger catches on because I love it, its so tingly!
Got nothing to write so here is pancake recipe:
Ingredients
• 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
• 3 ½ teaspoons baking powder
• ¼ teaspoon salt, or more to taste
• 1 tablespoon white sugar
• 1 ¼ cups milk1 egg
• 3 tablespoons butter, melted
Process
Step 1
In a large bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder, salt and sugar. Make a well in the center and pour in the milk, egg and melted butter; mix until smooth.
Step 2
Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium-high heat. Pour or scoop the batter onto the griddle, using approximately 1/4 cup for each pancake. Brown on both sides and serve hot.

Tip for getting tingles I never got them without headphones so get some good quality headphones 🎧 that look like that make sure they are right in ur ears and yeah u should get tingles

PS- I'm pretty sure the way you do this without editing is the same as for your Invisible Triggers videos: you're using one hand off screen, making the sounds, while using the other one in sync on screen to get the visuals.

Probably visuals. I imagine it's easier to record the visuals, then tap along afterwards with a visual aid, rather than making the sounds first and then trying to time your taps on video by ear.

I think she taps with 1 hand on the material and at the same time with the other hand on her face. The human brain is really good in syncing hand movements ;)
It's probably live, she just makes the exact same movements with both hands while one being on camera and the other one tapping on the actual materials

My guess as to how you do this is you have your other hand off camera with said trigger item in your hand and use that hand to make the sounds in the microphone!!

One hand tapping on our/your face

I don’t know if anyone has mentioned this in recent videos, but there’s a blurry-ish spot on the lense. You can notice when one eye is in the spot, it looks duller and less dark brown than the other. I thought it might be a misty effect or something, but seems to be only the one spot close to the middle. Slightly distracting for me, but love all your videos!

Wow it's crazy, you managed to make a 14 min long video of this trend and you edited it so well! the sounds are so in sync. The only videos of this trend I've seen that managed to produce synced up sound throughout are the 1-min ones.
This is everything I love about the invisible triggers videos with the very direct and personal style I love about your videos. I found this very unique and enjoyed it immensely.
