DEFINITELY in the running for the most exciting race of any kind that I've ever seen.

I wasn't racing, but I had a wasp go up the sleeve of my jacket at highway speeds. I got on the brakes hard. Laid it down on the shoulder stepping off of it while it was still sliding. Then started stripping my clothes off. Must have been a good laugh for passers by.

A rider putting in a fast lap might not have seen Espargaró in time, leading to a horrendous collision. This is not an unknown rule - it's one of the top rules - if you're not traveling at speed, get off the line. Espargaró was no rookie - a very experienced rider who should have known better - Rossi had every right to be furious.
