𝘿𝙪𝙢 𝙂𝙤𝙨𝙝𝙩 is a jewel in the crown, a heirloom recipe from the kitchens of Hyderabadi Nawabs. We guarantee you that it's rich taste can take you back to the Nawabi Era. This is mildly spicy, full of flavour, aromatic, rich and creamy gravy-based slow cooked mutton recipe.

My dear friend Arizona I have missed you I'm so happy that you have returned!!! And may I say that you have returned with a very special dish that has woken my tastebuds and tantalised them beyond belief😋!!!! I have never eaten mutton before except for out of a tin. This dish, Hydrabadi Dum Ka Gohst is next level cooking..,The roasted cashews and almonds, the coconut, green chillies, coriander and mint, yougurt ginger and garlic seasoned with saly and garam masala, coriander pepper and lime flavor this mutton exquisitely. Cooked in the onions and bay leaves this one takes my breath away!!! So good to have you back Arizona I have made mention of you in the community tab on my channel.
