I've been a subscriber but I didn't come across this pattern stitch until today, December 4th, 2020. I've done front and back post crochet but have never seen a stitch in front and back loop like this. This opens up a whole new world of ideas for a stitch to use for various items and it isn't a yarn eater like the front and back post is!!! Wonderful! THANKS!!!
Wonderful! Thank you for following me, Karen. It's not a yarn eater as its using the loop rather than all around the post where you have to use that bit extra to keep a back and from post stitch at the same height if you know what I mean. Its very similar to the Lullaby blanket I did. That's 2 rows repeated this is just one row.

I love this scarf. I saved it to come back and make with you. I have carportunel if spelled right in my wrists and the turning to get front and back aggravates them a little more than regular stitches but it is a lovely stitch and have already started and will go ahead and complete it. Thanks for your instructions and looking forward to another project with you.

From the start of the first lockdown I’ve made a wrap and fingerless gloves for one daughter,a scarf and fingerless gloves for each of my 2 son-in-laws,a scarf for another daughter,and scarves for my 3 granddaughters and 1 grandson.I’m in the middle of a wrap for my 3rd daughter.As soon as that’s finished I’m going to make this hooded scarf with pockets for me. I think I deserve it.
I usually adapt your baby blankets to scarf size as I love your patterns and you explain them so well.Stay safe.

I love this pattern, for you pain in your hand, find a copper ring or have someone make you one from copper tubing, I've used this for 20+ yrs no pain at all. I never take them off on both hands. Yes they will turn your hand at first but that's when you know they are working plus you will be pain free. I have both forms of arthritis.

I know what you mean. I see so many without coats out in all weathers. Dark colors with a few rows of a lighter color at the ends might suit boys.

I have always had such a difficult time trying to figure out which stitch I'm supposed to be going through and in turn I mess up my work. So again, thank you for showing me very clearly which stitch belongs to which stitch, if that makes sense? I truly enjoy your tutorials and I also love that you don't crochet super fast, that way I can follow along without having to pause the video constantly.
