This is incredible because this really actually tells and shows exactly the downfall of Jesse and Walt’s friendship/partnership.. funny how even a parody of frozen can hold so much weight because of it being Breaking Bad lol regardless of how goofy the premise of this is. Amazing.

The most heartbreaking part of that final shot of Jessie is that he hasn't even been through the worst of it yet. Up to that point in the story, he's experienced more pain, trauma and loss any person should have to go through...and yet, knowing what happens to him in season 5....the worst is yet to come.
We like to refer to the show as ‘Poor Jesse’. Like “Hey, do you want to rewatch ‘Poor Jesse’ again sometime?”

@@fletchergonzalez3788 you are absolutely right in that he ruined his life, but I don't agree that he was actively being a piece of shit to him. I always felt like Jesse is actually the person that Walt grows to care for the most in the entire series. It really feels like he views him like his own son. Sometimes more so than Walt Jr., who's just kind of there most of the time.
He still did horrible stuff and involved Jesse in it, sometimes by accident and sometimes fully intentionally. Walt did deserve his ending, I think the way it was set up even shows that he grew to realize that. But it was still heartbreaking to me that the one person he tried to protect, to care for, to fix after the horrible shit that Walt put him through grew to despise him.
Don Korb I agree there is probably some part deep down that lives Jessie but what Walt needs and who he is as a person prohibits him from being anything else. Also he watched his bih did an sent him to the skinheads

the last shot with Jesse actually hurts…the pain that he had to endure through all of Breaking Bad…
There were multiple parts that hurt, such as Jane’s death and Gale’s death. The last part just shows the result of all that tragedy (and also is about Jesse learning the hard way that money and partying cannot buy you happiness).
@HeresBluey Indeed, after all the misery, anguish, and suffering that Jesse went through, I think we really need a spin-off starring Aaron Paul to see Jesse okay and recovering from his trauma. It would be really therapeutic. (Plus, there’s still the somewhat unresolved matter of his own family. Sure, Aaron has one last touching phone call with his parents in El Camino, but that feels like an amuse-bouche that whets your appetite but doesn’t satisfy you.)
Since the real-life Aaron has this rustic-looking home in Idaho and has a wife and kids, I often imagine Jesse building for himself a similar-looking rustic home in Alaska, meeting this blonde Alaskan woman who happens to look a lot like Lauren Paul, and having 2 kids with her, just like Aaron’s real-life kids.
Either way, if they never make a sequel series starring Jesse (because it costs too much money or whatever), I guess that’s what fanfiction for. One fanfic I recommend is called The Last Frontier and is about Jesse meeting this Alaskan redheaded woman who introduces him to everyone around town. Another I really liked is called Fix Me, Fix You and is about Jesse going to Louisiana instead of Alaska and meeting this blonde woman and helping her raise her two nieces together. I highly recommend them you to check them out.

This is a true masterpiece. The subtle detail that he sings roughly and out of tune at the start, but overtime he becomes better representing his increase in confidence through the series.
Even after over 8 years since the release of this song, this musical masterpiece still easily breaks the bad, Breaking Bad memes are just nothing but one of the greatest treasure to mankind and one of the best internet memes of all time, it has existed way before and the first episode has premiered all the way back in 2008, yet Breaking Bad along with it's spin-off, Better Call Saul, still continues to influence modern Gen Z meme era, thank you Breaking Bad for so many memes, for making us smile, for giving us glorious memories and even bringing this masterpiece of a song to this world, this truly is one of the *Breaking Bad* moments of all time... 💖✊

That's kind of an unfair way to look at it. Walt really saved Jesse numerous times. If Walt hadn't gotten involved at all, Krazy 8 would have killed Jesse. Hank says later that Krazy 8 is the one who actually snitched on Emilio but then he himself took Emilio on bail and convinced Emilio that Jesse was the snitch. This shows that Krazy 8's long game was to get rid of Jesse so he could partner up with Emilio.
All the situations after that maybe Walt's fault somehow but if it weren't for him, Jesse wouldn't even be alive so let's not forget that.
I figured that out half way through the second season.
His life was already fucking destroyed.. What happened was just the consequence of living the life he already was a part of.

However, as much as I realise how dark Walt is, I'm not in the 'I hate everything that Walt did' camp either. Some of the murders he did were justified in the situation. Others were completely unnecessary and evil.
My point is that Jesse chose his life. He had a presumably not so bad life with two happily married parents, a very loving aunt and grew up in a well off family. He chose to go into the drug trade (much like Walt who chose to go into meth cooking even though there were other ways to make money). Maybe there were extraneous circumstances but even then, it was Jesse's choice. Even after he met Walt, he made a lot of choices himself that ruined his own life like choosing to target people in rehab to sell drugs, cook on his own and distribute without realizing Hank was watching him, refusing to take money from Walt to quit and harbouring anger towards Hank (which btw, I never understood why. In Hank's mind, he was doing his job and Jesse dragged his wife into it so obviously Hank's going to beat the shit out of him). I can keep listing. Walt may have been partially responsible for ruining Jesse's life but it's not all on him like the OP said.

Jane’s death and Gale’s death were what hit me in the feels. The last scene with Jesse is merely the end result of those tragedies that Jesse goes through (as well as Jesse realizing that money and partying can’t buy you happiness).
