Yesterday me and my wife was blessed with another kid and I named him after you, ustaz! Later I learnt it was a real name of Abu Hanifa and I was said it is actually one prophet’s name. It just made me more confident about the name but the real reason was and will always be you. I could listen to your videos in english but for me it’s more convenient in russian since we were a colony of Russia some time ago. Russian is not my native and I preferred to learn Islam in my own language finding russian not appropriate. Moreover I stopped speaking russian in general. But you know after having listened to your sermons in russian on ARQAM TV channel it seemed russian was given to me as a ny’met just to understand you. And imagine how good at subject those guys who translate you and spread your words here. May Allah be pleased with them as well. Ustaz, I wish you to elevate to such degree in Jannah that will surprisingly amaze you.

I rarely ever comment on videos but this drove me to my boundary today. I am a single Muslimah mom, married twice. Only just discovered after my second divorce that I am neurodivergent which put a lot of context to some of what was occurring in my relationships. I fear remarrying since I have my children and also because of my neurodivergence. Instead of having tawakkul, I make the excuse that I’m not ready for marriage. I don’t even know where to start, but I pray that all of us single parents and just the single Muslims overall find solace in knowing Allah has a reason for all that He wills. May He give us the strength to labor in His way and accept what He gives us as a result, ameen 🤲

We need much awarness about this topic. The Imams in the Mosques and Scholars should talk much more about this issue. Many People are struggling with finding a spouse. They dont now where to ask, or who to ask, or what to do anymore. We need to fix this Problem of the Ummah.

Only people with weak eman/faith think their sons are their investment. Early marriages keep boys and girls away from sinful activities, and they are more focused on their studies, and careers. There are a lot of benefits of early marriage that I can write a book on.

Thank you for touching on the financial aspect for men. I'm in my late twenties and came from a family with financial issues. I work extremely hard and hamdullah I have all the essentials I need. I feel so disheartened when I've also worked on myself so much to be a better person and at the end of the day all I'm judged on is how prestige my job title is, what car I drive, how big a wedding and mahr I can provide.
I can't help but feel self conscious and that I'm undeserving of finding someone because I don't meet the financial expectations imposed by a woman, and if not her than her family.

I was a firm believer of marrying early and not having any sort of restrictions of region. Thought my parents to be the same as well. And as it so happens, I liked someone who was from another region(district) and wanted to marry her. But my parents waged a war and said they'll decide whom I will marry. I was heartbroken. I couldn't marry the person I liked, even more heartbroken and insulted by the fact that my seemingly loving parents reacted so very awfully to me.
From their perspective, they haven't done anything wrong to me. But now, my heart's absolutely closed to the notion of marriage. I find no interest in it, rather walk away from the topic when it's brought up. I think, I'd be fine on my own.

most of the modern Muslim sister are asking unrealistic money for the wedding and Niqab at least 50k to 70k and we all know most of our brothers have no chance of getting married with that kind of income 😂, I have noticed most of the brothers are going overseas to a 3rd world countries in order to find a wifey material. I went back to Somalia 🇸🇴 for the first time since 2002 for a month holiday with my uncle, long story short I got married within a 3 weeks because my current wife didn’t asked me about my income , how tall I’m am, what car I drive, which university I graduated, like the stupid question our current sister are asking, she said I wanna get married and here is my father’s number 😌 best decision of my life, on our second date she said i will cook for you and later you can meet my family :) I will recommend this message to my Muslim brothers if you want to find a good Spouse travel and thank me later ❤️

There would be nothing wrong with her asking about income… do you really think most men are just going to marry off their daughter without knowing the guy’s finances? No. And they shouldn’t. Men only talk like this when they can’t afford it. They have a completely different attitude and aim for the “best” when they do have money. Both sides need to be realistic, but women need to maintain standards or else men with nothing much to offer will take advantage.

They become well educated can get good jobs etc so they start to feel like they can do better and wait for someone either on a equal footing or one who is earning more which infact turns to be a very few men only. Most are average earners and that's the reality. Brothers have more options. Marrying a Christian, a Jewish woman likewise any good Muslim woman, or even going back home but as for the sisters they don't have many options unfortunately hence they either have to wait longer for marriage or they don't get married at all as they cannot find their Mr right..

It's nearly impossible to marry in the society that I live in. You have to meet certain criteria first, you should have a car, a separate house or portion, a high paying income. That's it, everything to do with money, a person could be worst of humans but if he has money, everything else is ignored. And there are some parents that make the decisions for their son on marriage and act as of they have not fulfilled their duty but made Ehsaan on their son. There is just one thing for men who keep themselves away from filth and haram, ignore the burning need of companionship, and just carry on with life, trying not to get bitter or resentful along the way.

What's now happening is that girls and their parents have been extremely fussy that they don't want to get married unless the boy and his family is perfect. Only if the men allow them to work or they are homeowners and very well settled.
They will understand sooner or later that some level of compromise is needed. When the girl reaches her mid/late twenties unmarried, that's when they start to panic and understand they were making a mistake earlier looking for a Mr perfect

@@durdurdikir4021respectfully, here in the west reverts and Muslims returning to the Deen have to make hijra every day from the western lifestyle, into established Muslim communities that in no way are prepared to receive their hijra. So when things become unstable and fall apart, it's very easy for other Muslims to point the finger and say "their intentions were bad" instead of doing any investigation about why marriages fail here. Here, Muslim communities witness shahada and say "alhamdulillah, mashaaAllah" as spectators and don't realize that most converts leave precisely because their new communities are just as hyper individualized and irresponsible as the society they made hijra from, with the added hypocrisy of assuming they are somehow functionally different just because they believe in Allah SWT, but doing nothing to tie their "community camel." Let's stop judging people's intentions and start doing the work of making our communities more conducive to success, for the pleasure of Allah, again with all due respect.
