@TotallyEV Currently we have the Hyundai Kona EV so looking at the refreshed Kona EV and the Ioniq 5. The only thing going against the 3008 is the lack of a heat pump which now comes as standard on the Kona but I just really like the look of the 3008 interior so will be a close run thing.
It's good to see Stellantis catching up in some important areas but I can't help feeling it's been a long time coming. My 2020 Kia Soul 64kw First Edition does everything this car does, with the exception of DC cherging speed which is the only area that dates it now, I charge mainly at home so this isn't an issue for me. Still, it's nice to see efficiency improvements and now Peugeots are an actual consideration to EV buyers.
Just ordered mine in GT 6 months wait time 😕. It looks nice and roomy. Roll on December. I wonder if Santa is delivering it 🤔🤔🤔😂😂😂. I got an email with a good surprise that my car is built and should be ready to pick up in 4/8 weeks.
Ordered mine this week. Was told that it will be end of September start of October before I get mine. Due to the fact that most French factories close down in August.
You have to correct the charging speed it’s 36 minutes for 10-80%, which shows that Stelantis didn’t get the battery heating and cooling right. Let’s hope a SW update will improve the average speed.
Thanks. Nice review, as usual. Did you find its ride less stiff than a Model Y? I hope you can get hold of a Scenic - some French reviewers seem to prefer the Scenic as it is lighter and possibly better handling.
Strikes this viewer to question the point of such a large boot at the expense of rear legroom? One reason why I adore my Smart#1 is the ability to ‘grow’ the boot space i.e. simply slide the rear seats forward to create an extra 100 litres of space? Also, it seems rather overpriced and lacking in standard equipment - great review though…😋
That's a good point, could be that boot was prioritised over rear legroom; thus for younger families, it's not an issue, however, becomes a bit more problematic in the late teens! Think it's competitively priced with all things considered, especially if you consider its electric range. The Smart is, as you know, an excellent vehicle that undercuts a lot of its rivals, however, it also has a few limitations (ie. boot) - both are excellent though!
Much prefer the old shape! Feel like they have made this coupe shape and thus less practical to sell more of the new 5008 which is much more expensive.
Another excellent report BUT, no mention of spare wheel type & I know it DOES rain in the U.K. & Europe, so what's the excuse for lack of a rear wiper!? Yes, it's subjective BUT, IMO THAT blue is drab like the green on the 308🤮. And, like the colour....THOSE wheel rims are awful🤮. Merde. Hope there's an option for something more livable...PLEASE Will RED be available?

Thank you! Would say it's about on par with the Model Y in terms of stiffness. Not tried the Scenic, so can't comment, sorry!
Is there a Park Assist ?
IV ORDERED THE GT WITH ALL THE EXTRAS 1.2 HYBRID WHITE BLACK ROOF. 🤠

Thank you! And no, there's one vehicle in the 110+ reviewed that's come with a spare wheel - they're not included, at least not with the press cars.
Everybody dumps haptic steering wheel buttons Peugeot introduces them. Dumb.
Ev cars are a con guys stay away from them until the charging infrastructure in the UK improves. I have had some really bad experiences with this.
