Permobil F3 Shock Absorber Adjustment

If you want the most comfortable ride from your Permobil F3 suspension you will need to make some adjustments. It's easy to do and it will also improve your F3's traction on uneven surfaces.

Another good idea..I adjusted mine soon after I got the chair. It was too stiff..I only weigh 105 lbs

I'm only 185 lbs, and I agrre with you completely. The shocks are way too stiff to provide a comfortable ride if they are adjusted to the Permobil specifications. This was the best solution I could think of that doesn't involve buying more parts.

My boyfriend is light as well and the ride is pretty rough when he hits the cracks on the sidewalk. Would I rotate the spring so it's completely open in order for a softer ride? He weighs about 117 lbs.
