So numerous people in the whole world except for Japan are head over heels for GIDLE, esp., for Yuqi for her special, unique, impactive, & low-pitched husky tone of voice. In addition, all members are so funny, down-to-earth, & non-pretentious! On top of it, they are all well talented. actually most of the demos of yuqi’s songs was English (reset, dark, rain)I think she has played very short clips of them in one of her streams and it was sooooo good
I think Yuqi's gun-smoking tone is good for singing songs like Amy Winehouse or Camila Cabello - Havana, Mojito, and also Sultans Of Swing by Dire Straits, Money For Nothing or Joan Jett & the Blackhearts - I Hate Myself for Loving You , Mark Ronson - Uptown Funk, ZZ TOP songs are suitable for her to sing
Gidle's songs are famous for sounding really natural and normal in their english versions. Like they actually make sense. personally, I really recommend hwaa, one of the most beautiful English ver kpop songs I have heard. It sounds like it could come out on game of thrones
