I image you can live decently healthy as a vegetarian, if you learn aalot about nutrition and choose foods not blasted by GMO, and the likes of "fake meats" that are some of the most nasty stuff I've seen if you look into how it's created. Seed oil is the way to go
You first have to buy some seeds, then carefully open the bag, reach in so said bag, you can use right or left hand and grab a small handful, pull you hand slowly out of bag. Start to bring your hand up to your mouth. This is the tricky part. As your hand with the seeds is getting closer to your mouth, simultaneously start to open your mouth as the same time you're opening your hand (with the seeds) and toss them into mouth. Now close your mouth and begin to bring the bottom jaw up to the top jaw with an upward motion and compress the seeds between your teeth. This is what is called "chewing". Do this a minimum of 15 "chews" then proceed to swallow. (Video on swallowing to follow). Repeat steps above as many times you desire.

all seeds are toxic and indigestible. the only way to eat them without harm being done is soaking and removing the shell. if the seed is oily then it shouldn't be heated as oxidised unsaturated oils are inflammatory.

Absolutely wrong. If your claim that all seeds are poisonous is accurate then why are there so many seeds for sale? My pet bird lives on them exclusively and is very healthy. You definitely don't need to remove the shell either to get the benefits of the seeds..
