The change in tone. This was very mild, and cozy. Trumpets suddenly make it, how can I say this, goofier. Not so much bad or worse, but the mood of the piece changes suddenly.
ShiroiKage009 I really didn't feel the change. Maybe because I am a trumpet, but I feel that Day9 missed the point in his "mood". It was nice and cozy, not really seductive or "mood" music. Though I will agree, maybe trumpets weren't the best choice, maybe cornets would've been better. But regardless I felt the trumpets added another layer to the already nice song. Something metallic in contrast to the guitar and claps.
ShiroiKage009 I disagree. if you listen to the bass, guitar, and drum phrasing, its already moving with fairly high energy. The trumpet fits the genre and song perfectly.
