Against Vader you don't want to use the stun (ever). When you use the second ability or the lead ability you get a buff that gives you 100% counter chance for 2 turns (and you need those counters). Just coordinate those abilities that give you the buff so you are always countering. So for example if you start with the lead ability you don't use the second ability because you still have 1 turn left on that unique buff, instead you use the basic ability and then next turn you use the second ability because the buff is about to expire. Just try to get that unique buff all battle and it should be unloosable. Good luck!
So since you were complaining about low pulls, I've always noticed when I pull large amounts, I always seem to pull lower then others. An old guild mate of mine ran a ton of tests on it and found that you get optimal returns on pull averages if you only pull 3 rounds at a time instead of maxing it out. Takes a little longer, but I have gotten a lot of extra gear that way. On the Jedi Knight Luke tiers, you want to use his second ability as often as possible so that he is countering every time he gets hit.

And i'm also waiting for the Next lightspeed bundles, to know for certain if they are JML based and include MonMothma and Chewpio. It feels like you're making no progress when you aren't farming and upgrading characters, but hehe sometimes u gotta stop the Farm and start the Grind.

probably did it but the by far easiest way for that tier is a speed set and maybe potency on luke just aim for 250+ speed (yes speed arrow) and the standard secondaries in cd and offense or ptency and protection basically I just swapped my Mj mods on him you win 100% of the time its 0 rng btw got this from scrybe or bitdynastie (cant remember any more) maybe pin so others dont have to struggle?😅
Luke doesn't hit that hard in this since they nerfed his defense penetration several years ago. If you look at videos when this event came out originally he was hitting 2 or 3 times harder than what he does now.
I think the issue at hand is that you're going for the kill and not focusing on Luke's survivability. It's better to just leave Return of the Jedi and use it right before Vader lands an ability block so you can profit from the bonus health and protection. Also, the stun doesn't seem to be that useful so it's just a great opportunity for you to basic.

This is the way. Also add a Crit. Avoidance Arrow - it does wonders!
Protection over hp damage overtime effects based on max hp also he stacks protection up to 100% each basic used
