Oooo. You make me want to get some pastels so bad. It’s been a long time since I’ve worked with pastels, but I really loved it when I did. How do you make your pastels permanent?
Hello! There are so many different types… I have bought so many different ones that really turned me off to this medium until I got a hold of some that have a nice texture… These two brands are kind of pricey, so I don’t use them very often… The ones I use in my other videos are really nice and pretty affordable! Just in case you find yourself looking for some lol As for how to seal them, you can use basic acrylic medium/ or satin varnish, if you wanted to do it on a canvas or a piece of wood… I find they actually have a curing time when you’re working with them till a few days later. They seem to harden up a little bit on the surface of whatever you’re painting on. since I’m just working in a sketchbook, I just let them do that… thanks for your question and thanks for watching!❤️🙏
Truly unbelievable watching her come to life
