If you don't have a lot of time for dinner, a roast chicken with potatoes will do the trick.
You simply have no idea how tender, juicy and aromatic chicken becomes in a bag.
In terms of complexity, cooking chicken and potatoes in the oven, and in a bag, is equivalent to washing your hands with warm water.
It's elementary! Here, the more important things are the spices that make the magical aromas.
I add slightly different spices than the usual trio - salt, black pepper, red pepper, but I really like the end result.
