    Wow I didn’t think it would be this hard to set up. I bought this today. My kids were so excited. I’m retuning this when I get a chance next week. Wayyy tooo mannnyyyy steeeps

    My point is proven with these comments. There is zero reason lifetime shouldn’t have STICKER indicators where to exactly align the poles, these poles are stuck together and cannot be undone.

      We appreciate the feedback. We don't have stickers that indicate where to align the poles, but in step 1.2 the manual says to align the hole in the bottom of the top pole (ALH) with the slot in the top of the middle pole (ALF).       @@LifetimeProductsAssembly which we tried to do, but there’s two sides. We aligned the slots and it didn’t come out exactly correct. your customers aren’t basketball hoop builders, the least your company can do is make this process easy for us or we think twice about buying lifetime products. So what can I do with my poles being stuck together now?
