If it makes anyone listening feel better, Banica became pregnant by the chef played by Kaito, and the demon responsible for her gluttony and violence demanded she eat her child. Banica didn't listen and chose to eat herself instead of harm her child.
I suspect that she was motivated by not wanting to be told what to do by the demon. Numerous times she was shown being aggressive to people telling her what to do. She also wasn't fond of the demon because it caused the death of her family and led to her suffering when younger.

B) Since Conchita made the contract, she can't gain weight, and she is immune to all poisons (and has no health problems what-so-ever). But the 'poison' did weaken the Demon of Gluttony (which i think is why Conchita was able to take the Demon down by eating her entire body...? Then she became the new Demon of Gluttony, with Arte (Rin's character) and Pollo (Len's character) being her loyal servants (of course they join her after they die in their next reincarnation.)
It's so odd that what keeps drawing me back to this song cover is how the chorus is sung. It sticks in my head and I like how kinda high and pitched it is. Plus I generally like the song and think you voice goes very well with it.

You should listen to banica concerto. It's her after worlds end where she brings the graveyard ending to parallel worlds. It essentially has a similar tune, yet more distinct, to this song . Also each characters theme song are also quite nice

Story of this song for people who dont get it: Banica had trauma from a demon of gluton who cursed her family with an incurable illness that makes them eat and never be full and crave more food so she would see servants get murdered and eaten and when she was young and her father hated it all so he killed her mother in front of her then got locked in a basement so she wouldn't contract the sickness. After that she got adopted, her father had given her personal servants, and was set to marry a man but she started getting self concise about her weight so she stopped eating as much as her family had thought her. The man eventually proposed and they were engaged but during a family dinner with him and his family she saw a wine glass that sparked her trauma because it looked like a wine glass that had gave her family the gluttony sickness. She ate the whole table of food and her fiance had kicked her out and called off the marriage. After that her organs started to get attacked because she was eating too much. A demon tried to make a deal with her that she could eat as much as she wanted with no weight gain or poisoning from the food but will always be hungry no matter what (basically her families sickness) she refused at first so the demon left a wine glass that would give her the sickness if she drank out of it in her room. She ended up giving in and became absolutely beautiful. After that her and her servants went to a ball where she had already eaten all that was on the table before so she was given live bugs and spiders etc. People were repulsed and she was kicked out. She eventually took her servants to live with her away from the main city in a mansion. She would have ALOT of food prepared by chefs everyday. When the chefs would make comments about her eating or tried to leave they would be cooked, eaten, and replaced. Her ex fiancee had shown up as a replacement chef but went under the name of another dead chef. Conchita knew it was him and they eneded up rekindling their love and she eventually got pregnant by him. Although on the side she was planning to literally EAT THE WHOLE ENTIRE WORLD! He realized she was crazy and tried to leave. Her servants and her said no and forced him to stay. The next meal he had brought out a soup for the two to share but had laced it with poison so they would both die. But she was immune (because of the sickness) and he died. She ate his dead body to "nourish and taste the one she loved for her and her unborn baby" (dont even ask what that's supposed to mean cuz idk) she eventually got hungrier and hungrier and ate the plates and even her life long servants. (She also gave birth some time in there idr when) but the mention fell "silent" after she ate everything. She hears her baby crying and rushes to the babies side. Still hungry, she contemplated on whether or not to eat her baby. She told herself no because she genuinely loved her baby. But she suddenly felt sick. Turns out the poison her ex gave her was some demon essence key dust (again dont even ask 😭) that she wasn't immune to and was killing her slowly. The demon who gave her the wine glass before showed up and said "if u eat ur baby u will be cured" she sobbed and then refused to eat her child because she loved him so much. She gave in to her hunger tho and ended up eating her own self to save her baby. The end🎉 Sorry for spelling, grammar, and story errors. I did my best but the story has a lot of little details and stuff so I couldn't get it all but that's the main gist of it all. Just a few points. Her father killed her mother, not because he hated the disease, but because she was so hungry she was going to eat a dead servant. She wanted Banica to join her to eat but her father killed his wife because she was going to commit such an act. I don't recall anything about her being locked in the basement. What happened was that after the 10 years of disease were over, there were only three ppl left. Banica, her father and one servant. The queen took away the Conchita rule to the estate (because they were heavily taxing the ppl for food) and the queen adopted banica. Another thing is that banica wasn't really self conscious about her weight. She knew she was fat but she accepted it and loved food . The queen allowed the father to keep the mansion which is the same mansion she would eventually live in. The wine glass at the engagement party was the original wine glass. It was from AB CIR who had it with him. It's worth mentioning there was actually quite a bit of time between the end of her engagement and her organ failing. She was traveling the world in those few years . For the last part her eating herself was her outsmarting the demon. She ate the demon instead of her baby and by eating the demon became the demon of gluttony instead. She was know in the glass and would continue to shape history like contracting with Ney or with lemy from the song fifth Pierrot or with her songs from the theatre arc like master of the graveyard

That's what makes everyone confused, as far as I know, the man she loved didn't want to marry her because she was fat, so she made a contract with the devil and became beautiful, and gave birth to a baby, she ate everyone and only THE BABY was left, not NOTHING, the baby. she became a mother and didn't eat the kid, and going againts to the gluttony demon, punished her with eating herself, the baby was left, which I think became, or her grandkid, became the red woman in the daughter of evil. so what we have here is, a demon can do anything, so the gluttony demon can make you eat yourself and hey, maybe the food didn't go to her stomach, and that was the reason she is so hungry :P

Story of this song for people who dont get it: Banica had trauma from a demon of gluton who cursed her family with an incurable illness that makes them eat and never be full and crave more food so she would see servants get murdered and eaten and when she was young and her father hated it all so he killed her mother in front of her then got locked in a basement so she wouldn't contract the sickness. After that she got adopted, her father had given her personal servants, and was set to marry a man but she started getting self concise about her weight so she stopped eating as much as her family had thought her. The man eventually proposed and they were engaged but during a family dinner with him and his family she saw a wine glass that sparked her trauma because it looked like a wine glass that had gave her family the gluttony sickness. She ate the whole table of food and her fiance had kicked her out and called off the marriage. After that her organs started to get attacked because she was eating too much. A demon tried to make a deal with her that she could eat as much as she wanted with no weight gain or poisoning from the food but will always be hungry no matter what (basically her families sickness) she refused at first so the demon left a wine glass that would give her the sickness if she drank out of it in her room. She ended up giving in and became absolutely beautiful. After that her and her servants went to a ball where she had already eaten all that was on the table before so she was given live bugs and spiders etc. People were repulsed and she was kicked out. She eventually took her servants to live with her away from the main city in a mansion. She would have ALOT of food prepared by chefs everyday. When the chefs would make comments about her eating or tried to leave they would be cooked, eaten, and replaced. Her ex fiancee had shown up as a replacement chef but went under the name of another dead chef. Conchita knew it was him and they eneded up rekindling their love and she eventually got pregnant by him. Although on the side she was planning to literally EAT THE WHOLE ENTIRE WORLD! He realized she was crazy and tried to leave. Her servants and her said no and forced him to stay. The next meal he had brought out a soup for the two to share but had laced it with poison so they would both die. But she was immune (because of the sickness) and he died. She ate his dead body to "nourish and taste the one she loved for her and her unborn baby" (dont even ask what that's supposed to mean cuz idk) she eventually got hungrier and hungrier and ate the plates and even her life long servants. (She also gave birth some time in there idr when) but the mention fell "silent" after she ate everything. She hears her baby crying and rushes to the babies side. Still hungry, she contemplated on whether or not to eat her baby. She told herself no because she genuinely loved her baby. But she suddenly felt sick. Turns out the poison her ex gave her was some demon essence key dust (again dont even ask 😭) that she wasn't immune to and was killing her slowly. The demon who gave her the wine glass before showed up and said "if u eat ur baby u will be cured" she sobbed and then refused to eat her child because she loved him so much. She gave in to her hunger tho and ended up eating her own self to save her baby. The end🎉 Sorry for spelling, grammar, and story errors. I did my best but the story has a lot of little details and stuff so I couldn't get it all but that's the main gist of it all. Just a few points.
Her father killed her mother, not because he hated the disease, but because she was so hungry she was going to eat a dead servant. She wanted Banica to join her to eat but her father killed his wife because she was going to commit such an act. I don't recall anything about her being locked in the basement. What happened was that after the 10 years of disease were over, there were only three ppl left. Banica, her father and one servant. The queen took away the Conchita rule to the estate (because they were heavily taxing the ppl for food) and the queen adopted banica. Another thing is that banica wasn't really self conscious about her weight. She knew she was fat but she accepted it and loved food . The queen allowed the father to keep the mansion which is the same mansion she would eventually live in.
The wine glass at the engagement party was the original wine glass. It was from AB CIR who had it with him. It's worth mentioning there was actually quite a bit of time between the end of her engagement and her organ failing. She was traveling the world in those few years .
For the last part her eating herself was her outsmarting the demon. She ate the demon instead of her baby and by eating the demon became the demon of gluttony instead. She was know in the glass and would continue to shape history like contracting with Ney or with lemy from the song fifth Pierrot or with her songs from the theatre arc like master of the graveyard
