i 💯% get what your going through with your son. I got over it by realizing i was holding him back and stopping his growth. More than likely you enjoy your bonding time with him but being a parent has to be more about your child’s growth than about you. I know it sounds like a sick idea lol because we have kids to experience that undying love and what better way to experience it but to keep them close. Experience it later in life when he has those bad days in high school and middle school and your so proud he thought of coming to you. Now is the time to gradually let go though. ❤❤❤❤
