I just discovered your channel last night and these are THE BEST tutorials/info I have seen on RUclips thus far. Nearly 8 years later and I now have confidence to (re-)start my web dev freelance/business. :)
No probs, i might have missed this in the video - are you able to directly sell tickets for events with everything that is currently included in the theme? Where as, an event planner lists their events and ticket price, and then people can visit our directory and pay with their credit card on the site?@@Mr_Web
So, having decided to purchase, I am re-watching the video. I'm stuck at 17:18. Having purchased 'Directorist'. Connected Directorist within WordPress. Themes and Extensions showing 30 available Extensions and 14 available Themes. I scroll down to choose my Theme (In my case, OneListing Pro), and hit Install. Buttom changes to 'Installing' and then nothing. The button doesn't change to indicate ACTIVE. Any ideas before I submit a Ticket to Directorist.? P.S Have tried, refreshing page, logging in a fresh...Same result.

Firstly, I love your content. So easy to understand and very detailed explanations that make building my website so simple. Just hit a bit of a road block. I used your tutorial to build a car dealer listings site (it was a different one to this). We used the Listingshive theme and everything was going well. Logged on last night & when editing my listings page with Elementor I received an error "sorry, the content area was not found in your page". Would really appreciate some help. Thanks. Faraaz
I actually have no idea what changed. I tried troubleshooting and completely messed up my back-end without doing a back up first. Frustration got me deleting the site and starting from scratch. Fortunately, I have your amazing tutorials that saves me so much time.
This is a hard lesson to learn, but now you know that you should always keep a backup before making any changes to your site but don't worry we've all done it at least once 🤣

And to be honest, I'm very impressed by the quality of it. It's a well rounded solution, with all the add-ons you'll ever need. But most importantly you can create custom fields and re-arrange everything without needing a single line of code (from 23:30) whereas HIvePress is more for coders/programmers.

ListingHive usually works with the Block Editor. Did you decide to create a new page or what?
