You always look lovely, and refreshed, and full of hope. Don't know if that makes sense. I'm wondering if you take vitamins, and if you do which ones? Thank you. 💕
I'm so glad you filmed this! I have admired your hair for a while now - I remember you mentioning a while back that you get blowouts at Nordstrom and I've been meaning to try that ever since because your hair always looks fabulous!
Your hair still looks so gorgeous even after a few days! I definitely need to incorporate some of your tips into my hair care. Your skincare recommendations have done wonders for my skin. :) Thanks for sharing!
Envious of your ability to go so many days between washings. I have fine hair that appears oily pretty quickly between washings. I will look for that dry shampoo, as I haven't found one I really like yet. :) Thanks for the great tips.
Thanks for a comprehensive video. I listen to your videos a lot while doing something, and it gives me joy to hear your voice, because your content is happy and informative. I learned so much about picking the right clothes, studying more efficiently, and being more confident etc. since I started watching your videos. Lots of loves from the states!
You always have gorgeous hair! Do you sleep with your hair in a bun? How do you manage not to get crimps from sleeping or from tying it in a ponytail for gym workouts?
Thank you! I don't sleep with my hair in a bun, and only put it up on a bun or pony tail for working out or cooking. One of the ways I avoid to many marks is by skipping hair spray or excessive product which I find sets the hair band marks in my hair.
I loved this video, Elle! Your hair is always so elegant :) How do you manage to tie your hair up when you exercise or anything like that, without it leaving a mark or indentation?
You have really good hair. Even your natural unstyled hair looks beatitul Elle. Thanks for sharing, I wish I could commit to always look so put together at work, at least I will try.
Thank you so much for this routine. I have just switched from being an everyday hair washer and on the advice of my stylist she recommended 2 days in between washing and I wasn't too sure what products to use, so this was vey helpful !
Great tips, Elle! But what do you do when you have a bath or shower in between hair shampoo days? Do you wear a shower cap, and does the hot bath water or steam from the shower make your hair lose its curl?
Argan Rain shampoo cleans my colored and straightened hair very well. I also use argan oil with the conditioner and sometimes the leave-in conditioner. I also use the mask if I'm in need of hair repair from my beautician.
Thank you for this vlog. I tried the dry shampoo and it really helps. I use to wash my hair daily and my hair got too dry. Now I wash my hair every 2-3 days and follow your tips and it never looked better. Thank you thank you
You have given me so much hair inspiration since discovering your channel however many moons ago. I am still in the process of getting my hair right where I want it, but you are always the inspiration! P.S. I LOVE the pearls you have been wearing lately. They don't look like a current design...something we have to look forward to? ;)
Another fantastic video!! 👏👏👏 Considering the amount of effort and time - no wonder you don't wash and style your hair more often!! Keep doing YOU and don't listen to the haters! 😉
I have always wanted to try a pixie cut but my hair is like Elle's except much thicker. I am not sure how my natural hair would look in a pixie cut. It looks great on you.
Onnie Norman I have the same texture as elle's but thicker and I've had a pixie cut three times in the past. It definitely is doable and looks nice but I will say that growing it out once I wanted to change up my look was tough because thick hair and a bob just below the chin is not the best situation. I'd say if your committed to getting a pixie and don't mind trying a lot of unique, sometimes wacky, styles when trying to growing, it's totally worth it. At the end of the day any hairstyle is doable as long as you wear it with confidence :) Hope that helped or at least was interesting lol
You’ve given some great tips and tricks -going to try the products you’ve mentioned. I’ve admired your hair and glad to have stumbled on this video. Do you mind sharing what salon/stylist you see? I’m also a Vancouverite 😁 Thanks doll!
Now I know how to look wonderful like you do!!! I was always curious about your secrets and I DEFINITELY LOVED THIS VIDEO!! So informative and well done thank you Elle!! 😍😘😍😘😘😍😘😍
How exactly you use the lush scrub on your hair?? Do you wash it first than scrub it, how often you use it? Great video, love watching your selfcare videos! Big hug from Puerto Rico
I have the exact same hair type. Love that macadamia masque too, I recently bought the living proof prime style extender because of your recommendation and I have to say I think it's fantastic. Have you used any hair oil in the past that you liked?
Elle, I absolutely love your videos, this my first time commenting, but I had a quick question. Do you put your hair in a bun at night to hold the style better?
Hi Elle, Thank you for this video ... very helpful. I have similar hair to you - probably a bit thinner and definitely frizzier! I have an OLD cheap flat iron that I rarely use - I sort of gave up trying - and embraced the frizz. However - you have given me the incentive to try again. My question - are all flat irons created equally? Granted I'm not experienced - or comfortable with the flat iron - but the one I have is not giving me the effect I would like. I have always heard great things about GHD - but they are not cheap - do you think the tool would help me? Thanks, Sari
+Sari N hi Sari! Try and get a ceramic iron as they heat up to higher temperatures. I love my GHD but I know other brands are starting to catch up now. High heat and ceramic are the important characteristics. Xx
i have a question in an old video you mentioned liking the Remington straignter better with the water tank. It made your hair smoother. you mentioned you liked it more than GHD... advise on what to buy. thanks!
+Tina Bisaga you can't curl your hair with the Remington, so it depends what you want! Because I like a little curl nowadays, I find I rarely reach for the Remington anymore
Thanks for the vid! swear we have the exact same hair lol I do the Conair rotating hot air brush to do a blow out and then curl the other days ... the struggle is real 😜
One great reason I love watching your videos Elle is your sense of femininity. That extra work you put into looking your best shows and I have learned so much from you! Thank you for sharing your tips. Love your nails as well. Is that a type of French manicure? Truly polished and elegant. Have a great rest of the summer xo ❤️❤️
Thank you so much for the video. I've admired your hair for awhile; you have a classic, healthy-looking style that I'm aiming to emulate. :D Two questions: 1) Could you explain a bit more about the layers you have cut in your hair? How high up do they go? Any advice on how to explain to my hairstylist how they should be cut? 2) It appears you have subtle highlights in your hair. Could you explain the shade and the technique of how the color has been applied? Thank you!!
Is it damaging to apply a hair oil to wet hair then let it air dry then heat style?? I can't hardly brush my hair when I don't use a hair oil on my wet hair. I have long, semi thick hair with slight damage.
It damages it a lot and makes hair frizzier, just as any heated oil transforms food, or oil used on skin in the sun! I would add the oil *after* everything else, never before ironing or warm/hot blow drying. (I have grown my highlighted hair past my tailbone.)
I also love my GHD iron. I couldn't live without it. I did pick up on a few new products to try. My hair type is similar to yours. I do have to wash more often because I go to spin class so much. Thanks.
I have extremely thick coarse hair, and cannot afford to wash it every other day either! I wash it once in 4 days, and use dry shampoo to keep it fresher
Try the Klorane tinted dry shampoo. It's affordable and doesn't leave any residue at all, and my hair is darker than yours. I will definitely try the creams you mentioned, my hair is frizzy as well, thanks :)
I feel like you won some kind of hair lottery. If I set my style with a boatload of ultra-hold hairspray, it _might_ last most of a day, IF it's not raining or super humid outside. The amount your hair relaxes in several days is the amount my hair relaxes in several HOURS, lol. And I basically have to wash at least the front part of my hair every day. *sigh*
So glad you made this! Your hair always looks amazing!
Thanks for doing this video. I love love love your hair style! Your hair always look so healthy
lol ouai is pronounced "way"

flamingopink9 I wonder the same thing.
Thank you! I don't sleep with my hair in a bun, and only put it up on a bun or pony tail for working out or cooking. One of the ways I avoid to many marks is by skipping hair spray or excessive product which I find sets the hair band marks in my hair.
Long awaited. Thank you Elle, it was definitely worth waiting for.
I loved this video, Elle! Your hair is always so elegant :) How do you manage to tie your hair up when you exercise or anything like that, without it leaving a mark or indentation?
Hi Elle, I'm so glad you shared your hairstyling routine. Your hair is so beautiful and healthy looking!
Your hair always looks so feminine yet professional! I love it!
You have really good hair. Even your natural unstyled hair looks beatitul Elle. Thanks for sharing, I wish I could commit to always look so put together at work, at least I will try.
Do you already have a makeup tutorial for this look? Your eye makeup is inspirational!
Thanks, Elle!! I would love to see a tutorial on this make up look from start to finish :) Everything is flawless :)
Hi Elle, do you have any suggestions for helping your style last thru gym sessions? Thanks!
I just cut my hair your length because I just adore it on you, you're such an inspiration!!! Thank you so much for this video
I love this ! My hair is like that but super thick.
Great tips , love watching your videos.
Thank you so much for this routine. I have just switched from being an everyday hair washer and on the advice of my stylist she recommended 2 days in between washing and I wasn't too sure what products to use, so this was vey helpful !
Your hair is so thick, I love it and I am so jelly
Thank you for this!! This is so helpful as I have similar hair texture and length as you.
Thank you. Lovely video. I have always loved your hair and often got it cut this way because of you. 😊
Great tips, Elle! But what do you do when you have a bath or shower in between hair shampoo days? Do you wear a shower cap, and does the hot bath water or steam from the shower make your hair lose its curl?
+Pearlaceous I wear a granny shower cap! 👵🏻
Loved your video, as always. They are always such a relaxing part of my evening. Where is the shirt (or dress) that you are wearing from??
Argan Rain shampoo cleans my colored and straightened hair very well. I also use argan oil with the conditioner and sometimes the leave-in conditioner. I also use the mask if I'm in need of hair repair from my beautician.
Great video! Thank you so much for the products recommandation! :)

Another fantastic video!! 👏👏👏

Keep doing YOU and don't listen to the haters! 😉
Hi Elle i discovered your channel a few months ago and I am in love with your style you have :*
I have a pixie cut but I'm still watching this video because I ❤️ you! 😂
I have always wanted to try a pixie cut but my hair is like Elle's except much thicker. I am not sure how my natural hair would look in a pixie cut. It looks great on you.

I loved this Elle! What a wonderful video
Your hair is beautiful Elle, such a classic look 😄
Love the video! I try not to wash my hair too much either. Love your hair. X

I go to JD’s barbershop, before that I went to Suki’s and Axis xx
Elle Florence Thanks Elle!!
So helpful. We have pretty much the exact same hair type and color. Do you know what heat setting your straightener is set on?
+Helen Adami the GHD only has one setting :)
Awesome! Just looked on their website and it's 385 degrees. I need to be sure mine is too.
Now I know how to look wonderful like you do!!! I was always curious about your secrets and I DEFINITELY LOVED THIS VIDEO!! So informative and well done thank you Elle!! 😍😘😍😘😘😍😘😍
always loved your hair
How exactly you use the lush scrub on your hair?? Do you wash it first than scrub it, how often you use it? Great video, love watching your selfcare videos! Big hug from Puerto Rico
I love this necklace! I noticed in your last video but forgot to comment then... something new coming to Nouvelle Pearl?
I have the exact same hair type. Love that macadamia masque too, I recently bought the living proof prime style extender because of your recommendation and I have to say I think it's fantastic. Have you used any hair oil in the past that you liked?
+Miriam Rudolph I used to love Moroccan oil for years but then when I started the prime style extender I felt like I didn't really need it anymore
Your hair looks so pretty up!! Are those your rose gold pearls you are wearing?
+Christine L yes they are! :)
Also forgot to ask, what eyeshadow are you wearing here?
Gosh you are the prettiest person
Elle, I absolutely love your videos, this my first time commenting, but I had a quick question. Do you put your hair in a bun at night to hold the style better?
Do you do anything on day 2 (or 3...if this was Day 4)?
Hi Elle,
Thank you for this video ... very helpful. I have similar hair to you - probably a bit thinner and definitely frizzier!

Elle Florence ok I understand I have trouble curling with a flat iron but I will buy the one you have and see! It's worth a try!
Thanks for the vid! swear we have the exact same hair lol I do the Conair rotating hot air brush to do a blow out and then curl the other days ... the struggle is real 😜
Volume on video is great on this end.
Hi Elle, you are so beautiful. Thanks for the tips.

+Tube_Trance my shortest layer is just past my chin, and I don't colour or highlight my hair :)
Perfect! Thanks very much for the reply :)
I love your channel and videos❤️👏
Is it damaging to apply a hair oil to wet hair then let it air dry then heat style?? I can't hardly brush my hair when I don't use a hair oil on my wet hair. I have long, semi thick hair with slight damage.
Hol I do this, I don't think there's a problem as long as it's completely dry
It damages it a lot and makes hair frizzier, just as any heated oil transforms food, or oil used on skin in the sun! I would add the oil *after* everything else, never before ironing or warm/hot blow drying. (I have grown my highlighted hair past my tailbone.)
I've tried so hard to curl my hair with a straightener and can't do it. I get this tough, crimped curl. :(
try using a comb like I do in the tutorial, and no hair spray before you curl!
Hi beautiful. Thanks for the video :) do you do anything to your hair when you go to sleep? You put it in a bun or just leave open?? Thanks a lot :)
+sanazjunjun I just leave it down, otherwise I get marks in my hair :)
I also love my GHD iron. I couldn't live without it. I did pick up on a few new products to try. My hair type is similar to yours. I do have to wash more often because I go to spin class so much. Thanks.
Uh oh the link is not working for the texture spray
Tu es juste magnifique ...Elle tu es juste une femme super Classe ;) avec un grand C ;) je t'adore
I have extremely thick coarse hair, and cannot afford to wash it every other day either! I wash it once in 4 days, and use dry shampoo to keep it fresher
I'm sorry I feel like I've asked this so many times, but when do we get a house tour???
Exactly how many days can you go between washes?
Try the Klorane tinted dry shampoo. It's affordable and doesn't leave any residue at all, and my hair is darker than yours. I will definitely try the creams you mentioned, my hair is frizzy as well, thanks :)
You forgot to mention your favorite hairspray.
I think if you eat a healthy diet that really improves your hair so much 😄
Bisous 😙 ❤
