In order to dance and perform in high heels for 10 hours a day, every day for weeks at a time- Broadway dancers workout daily to their "leg work" routine. This keeps dancers strong, fit and prevents injury while performing in heels.
LEGWORK is a high heel fitness workout created by women's fashion footwear designers Victor Chu, Cece Chin and professional Broadway dancer Kylin Brady. Kylin is one of Broadway's top dancers and has performed as a Radio City Rockette and is currently an Ensemble Dancer with The Lion King. Cece is a former designer for Michael Kors, Calvin Klein and currently has her own line of women's shoes: 80/20 NYC. Victor is a former designer for Polo Ralph Lauren.
Kylin Brady is the instructor in green and Heather Parcells is the performer in heels and in blue. Heather is currently on Broadway starring as Judy in A Chorus Line.

FINALLY a video that actually teaching you how to walk in high heels, at last, almost every other video is just talking and no showing.
They also should have mentioned that when wearing heels, you have to let your hips relax and roll when you walk. If you try to walk with them stiff, your legs with stiffen as well since there's no flexibility at the vector. That's what I found anyway. Open back wedges are pretty much impossible for me, though. They fall right off my foot, and I hate to grip shoes with my toes. Tiring and painful.

even with flat shoes i am always tripping over nothing so i cannot dare wear high heels. sad coz im really short and heels would have been great. :''(

I learned how to walk in heels the right way thanks to my mom and sisters. I can wear stilettos and not die after wearing them for 7 hours. This video would deff help some of the girls I see wearing even kitten heels. :]

HAHA so funny, i wear my moms heels some times and they ahave a heel 9 and i can walk in them, its easy if you have balance, but try staarting out withh something small like a number 2 or 3 heel. :)
