I was trouble shooting mine for 2 days. I found adding more soap and squeezing the jellyfish did the trick. Air gets caught inside some of them. Trick is to squeeze it while it's underwater
quick and easy fix for the jellies.... take a long straw... swirl the water to remove bubbles... poke the jellies repeatedly after adding soap.... tada!
TTTHANK YOU SO MUCH i was looking everywhere and i couldnt find any solution i was just starting to accept theyd just float on the top forever

I read that putting the soap on the jellyfish and rinsing most of it off of them then putting them in the tank. It worked perfectly.
One of mine only stays at the bottom stuck. How do I fix it?
Is there something damaged on the Jellyfish? How does it differ from the one which is working?
rubber binder??
I got two off these and both leaked the water out of the bottom battery compartment...
Well that stinks. Sounds like the seal around the pump,,,,,,,, perhaps.
Have you solved the problem?
