I hear this song and I know there must be a given note played at a given time... when that note is backed with the changes he made here, I smile too: I expected that note, and that note was there and with a bonus.

He already creates all the backing tracks so adding a segmented solo to create a perfect final cut and then 'playing' on the video makes too much sense.

Which is kinda the point of the film. Thus this makes me laugh way to much. However Traveler in the Dark is right Olaf is definitely getting set on fire with how sick this guitar is. However metal melting faces now makes me want to go and play Brutal Legend again.

As a metal fan, and as a fan of FROZEN (of course I have a young daughter), I have to say that you nailed it. I love the Swedish/Scandiavian (oh so appropriate) melodic voicing you have here in the riffing and basic guitar lead harmonies, and then, you break out this Jason Becker sickness with the sweeps and shredding while keeping melodic the whole time. Amazing and beautiful job Eric, this is probably your best video because you did it LET IT GO in an a total true metal style and kept the melody of the original song in tact. Any guitar fan or fan of FROZEN (and both) will love this, and it's obvious from all the hits you got here! Bravo! \m/

I always knew this song should have been written to be a stereotypical metal, or, at least, arena/hard rock, song. It has the minor chords for it, followed by the hopeful sounding chorus that usually entails the hero of the story pulling out a giant fucking sword, sets it ablaze, and then the battle occurs in the bridge, right before the finale.

People don't understand that the vocal melodies in popular music are actually genius. Watch a guitar cover of any popular song and you will see that the vocal melodies from the pop song will be amazing guitar leads. That's why you love this version but not the real one.

As a metal fan, and as a fan of FROZEN (of course I have a young daughter), I have to say that you nailed it. I love the Swedish/Scandiavian (oh so appropriate) melodic voicing you have here in the riffing and basic guitar lead harmonies, and then, you break out this Jason Becker sickness with the sweeps and shredding while keeping melodic the whole time. Amazing and beautiful job Eric, this is probably your best video because you did it LET IT GO in an a total true metal style and kept the melody of the original song in tact. Any guitar fan or fan of FROZEN (and both) will love this, and it's obvious from all the hits you got here! Bravo! \m/

In fact, you'd be surprised how entertaining it is to see (mainly Muslim, since their religion is more strict and anti-atheism than most) teenagers speculate about the most far-fetched and ridiculous theories out there, like when a celebrity winks they only have one eye open, therefore they are confirmed Illuminati.
I'm quite interested in social manipulation and whatnot, but it stops at interest, you can go around speculating, theory crafting, convincing others of how TV is taking over their minds etc. and you won't change a thing. I always knew this song should have been written to be a stereotypical metal, or, at least, arena/hard rock, song. It has the minor chords for it, followed by the hopeful sounding chorus that usually entails the hero of the story pulling out a giant fucking sword, sets it ablaze, and then the battle occurs in the bridge, right before the finale.
