Glenda, as usual, you are amazing in your kindness and genuine caring for your customers. It's well above and beyond what is required. So many of us have fitting issues that make finding attractive, stylish garments in ready to wear impossible. I've said often that most anyone can learn to sew their own clothing, but learning how to make a commercial pattern fit is another hurdle that can be overwhelming and downright depressing without someone to answer questions. Your Sure-Fit Design system makes that possible, and your customer care makes it happen.
Teresa I totally agree and that is why I purchased the system years ago and use it now. When I run into a hick-up I refer to my sewing Wikipedia....her learning video library. I appreciate the time, effort and knowledge she puts in them and find them the best sewing resource out there!
Thank you for these guidelines. An additional idea is to make use of your phone or camera’s timer capability. I often do this when I want to evaluate a garment I’m working on for myself. I’ve found a place in my sewing area where I can prop up my phone. I then set the timer and stand away from the phone to get the view I want. I’ve figured out approximately how far I have to step away from the phone to get a good shot.
Thanks Ella Meyers - I have never used my phone to its fullest extend and unfortunately don't know how to do this myself. I did post this video in our Facebook group today. If you are a member, you might want to also make your comment there as I'm sure some of our members will be appreciative.
Customer support is incredible. I am a customer service rep and I know how important great customer service is. Lots of great information thanks for sharing.
Hello Glenda , I just purchased the whole dress kit from yr UK agent as I live in Europe. I am following Joy B . U tube videos and I am excited to try yr system . This guide to take appropriate photos is a very good idea . Kind Rdgs .
Fabulous. Maybe an article for the library with a side by side photo of right vs wrong. The correct type of photo with a big green check mark in the bottom. And a bad photo with a red X and the bottom. I really like your idea of different color cloth. Will try that.

Great idea but some of 'wrong' photos I didn't keep, but I will put this information up in the Learning Center Library.
Very helpful Glenda, thank you. Mary
You are most welcome.
Good information on photos. Where do you get that beautiful fabric that is hanging on the wall, looks like a leaf print of fall colors.
Janet Hodel - I got that particular fabric at the JoAnn store in Eugene while there in mid-July.
