Designing the Smart Learning Factory - Purdue Polytechnic

The Smart Learning Factory in the School of Engineering Technology at Purdue University's Polytechnic college is a new, fully functional manufacturing facility where students incorporate lessons in high-tech elements of Industry 4.0 - such as artificial intelligence, robotics, cloud computing, mixed reality and the Internet of Things - as they build real, in-demand products. This state-of-the-art lab is the first of its kind in the United States. Purdue staff member Steve Musick provides a tour of the facility.
