@@rampagerichard I know, not only is he not evil (self centered maybe but not evil) he also becomes a much better person in comparisson to his father, but it's no surprise after spending time with someone like Sherry ^^

Man that music they play at 1:35 when he drives off and the title showing up hits a cord in the heart. A perfect way to end a game or movie
That's why everytime I play the campaign again, I always put Jake & Sherry for the last, a good closure for a game or movie.
How the fuck people hated this game. I don't have a clue. This is one of the best RE game for this franchise. We also got so many content with this game n not one was broken
Its because re 6 has no horror atmosphere and more of a action go kill some zombies type of game but overall its very good

@@ChristianProtossDragoon Chris' campaign has to be the most survival horror campaign out of all 4 campaigns in RE6.
Bro has Javo's shooting him from everywhere but he doesn't have enough ammo to dispatch them all from safe distance. You have to stun melee almost every one of them on higher difficulties and end up dying most of the time since everyone keeps firing at you while you charge a stunned enemy.

@Paul Tambs you will never understand the story of RE if you've never played other RE's and jake is only mentioned and actually shown in RE 6

The only thing we know is that Jake was abandonned by his father and raised by his mother, whoever she was. All contained in the quote:
"I thought he was just an asshole who left us but no! He had to be the one who tried to destroy the world!"
This was the only RE game I hadn't played and it was mostly because of this character and I'm a fan of the original RE feel (1 to 3) but I ended up loving the game and grew to really like the Jake character

This was not he ending i was hoping for. It built a special bond with Sherry through-out the campaign and they throw it all away with this shit. It was great and badass and enjoyable. But this ticked me off. They should've made a better ending
Odds are this is gonna be a leon/ada type of relationship. It might take a while for their relationship to reach that level.

THis is bullshit. They make you believe for a second that Jake and Sherri have a thing going on and they start to bond in a "romantic way" and then they give you a shit ending with no closure on there relationship you built throughtout the campaign. Overall the campaign was fun and enjoyable. But this made me go nuts.

can someone please explain to me who Jakes mother is and why he has never been mentioned as Weskers son in any other RE title...iv been through RE6 with all characters and his story is the most unexplained one of the bunch,,,someone enlighten please
Hey, late response, but Jake's mother...is simply a civilian Edonian woman whom during his venture with Umbrella, Albert Wesker had an intimate encounter with. Jake is 20 years old, that puts his birthday at 1993, so I'm guessing Albert in 1992 for some reason went to Edonia. Personally, I think it's an interesting thing, Albert during the 90s was already well into the darkness of his career, so the fact some woman actually managed to capture his charms for even a night makes her an interesting woman. Too bad that she was apparently ill and Jake became a mercenary just to afford to be able to provide for her.
