Have you binded the AP button on the sidestick to also clear the master warning once the autopilot has been disengaged? Just thinking of doing that myself, would make it easier not having to use the mouse to stop it.

If you bind it to the autopilot disconnect on the side stick when you press it it will disconnect the AP then press it again and it will clear any warning.
