Its the same model but now SanDisk have improved their speed in 2023 Previously Dual Drive Luxe was coming with 128mbps speed Now you are getting almost 400mbps Get the latest GOLD color for the best performance Also heating is reduced drastically

It seems like the Silver one is better performing than the Gold one. However the Gold one is newer and looks better aesthetically but that makes no difference.
Get whichever color you need After all both have the same chip I will do a video of 3 similar GOLD and SILVER drives to check if there are any differences between a batch of flash drives Stay tuned for that

I recently bought this, but as in this test also, my drive performed way too low in random write of about 0.01 mbps, is this ok, cuz it's speed is low for transferring multiple small files...

Well, can you please next time when you do a speed test also do file transfer causes numbers these days are just numbers. At least if you took 1GB-5GB File to show the reads and writes. I would have to dislike because of that. Anyway I also like the gold better.

you can run CrystalDiskMark software in windows and test the speed
