Yes, I am on social security and heard the speech when he said he was going to cut it. I think it is already over, though. Alito flew a Trump flag over his home today, and Justices are required to be impartial. Most importantly, according to his platform he is going to "root me out" of my home because I am vermin and remove me from the country because it is not my country, and, with the second amendment, his followers will be at his side. There is not a lot of room for interpretation there. My congressmen never returned messages and the local RNC office berated me and called me a communist for asking about the platform. So do I flee the country and everything I own or wait for them to come round me up? It appears that the majority of Christian America supports this, and all republicans do. Sad. I devoted my life to public service. The Constitution is gone. And treating me that way isn't very Christian. Unless we are back to burning people at the stake again.

Well, if he lived an upstanding wonderful life like he claims then he would have nothing to worry about. If they bring up something bad that is false, then he needs to state it is false, if another crime is mentioned that is unrelated then his lawyers need to object. When a defendant takes the stand in his own defense - almost always a bad idea - the prosecution is allowed to bring up prior bad acts to impeach the credibility of the defendant. That's not uncommon at all.
