One day Kramnik saw two players walking to play a game. He noticed next to one player there was a man who was following him around and even sat next to the player while they played. Kramnik ran to fide to report this violation. Here is the official statement of Fide: "FIDE carefully investigates all accusations of cheating. When presented with the accusation of [redacted] getting advice from another person and even had the accuser point it out to one of our fair play representatives. We have conluded that there was no cheating it was just the player's shadow."

Chemtrails are indeed a thing as I had to begrudgingly admit when I did a deep dive into the topic. At this point Kramnik seems more like a flat earther to me.
I think Kramnik was trying to mess with Indian team's mindset so that his players can somehow win......well unfortunately it didn't happen.....I just want Indian team to win gold medal and smile at his 😈 face. Chessbase India is one of the best channels in the world of chess. Respect to Levi for dismissing this childish act of Kramnik. India will win this olympiad🎉
Somehow win? The Uzbekistan team are the reigning champions of the last Olympiad. If you watched the match between Uzbekistan and India, it was clear that India was playing conservatively, aiming for a draw instead of risking a loss. A draw was all they needed, so they avoided taking risks on all boards. Up to this point, India had defeated every other team, but yesterday they played cautiously. Arjun offered a draw three times during his match, which shows India was focused on securing a draw, not going for a win. You could say India may win "somehow," but Uzbekistan wins convincingly when their opponents open up the game. India, having learned from the last Olympiad, didn't take risks against Uzbekistan, likely due to the fear of losing. As for Arjun missing Vokhidov's blunder, it was likely because his mindset was focused on drawing from the beginning. A win was never part of his plan.
@@Silent_wraith441playing conservatively? It's called playing smart....and If anyone who came with the mindset of straight draws from move 1 it was literally uzbeks...they even prepared the board 4 for a straight draw line with white and you still have the audacity to say India was playing for a draw? Why the hell would India push unnecessary for the win with 2 points lead if uzbeks are not taking chances with white on board 4 despite needing a win against India to go for gold As of Arjun according to all broadcasts, experts and engines he was the one pushing all the time and should have won yesterday but played one of his worse games in this Olympiad Missing several chances and he only started to offer draws once he missed that huge blunder and position fizzled out to be a dead draw....of course he wouldn't like to play more at that point cause he knows he got to play the United states tomorrow in the most important match of this tournament and would like to rest instead And fear of losing? Buddy this is the super team of the tournament and no one except the usa comes even close... previous Olympiad was great for you guys as 16yo gukesh succumbed to pressure and handed you guys a win from winning position but that was it dont get ahead of yourself...we lost that Olympiad because of making 3 teams which prevented us from fielding our one best team which isn't the case now and let me tell you we were onto blood this time and no offence but we were not even looking at uzbeks as a threat but usa and china.....I hope you dont mind this last paragraph but I felt its necessary to convey whats the actual sentiment here in India is this time..we were going for gold anyways irrespective of who comes in front
@@erdeadman9954 Only the 4th board played for a draw because Uzbekistan's 4th board player was their weakest. However, Gukesh and Arjun were clearly playing for a draw, despite having the advantage of playing with white. Think about it-why would Uzbekistan play for a draw? They needed a win, while a draw was only beneficial for the Indian team. Uzbekistan was aiming for victory, especially on the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd boards. If you watch those games, you'll see exactly what I’m talking about.
@@Silent_wraith441U know, what's the simplest and shortest reply? When you're winning, you don't need to take risks. If Arjun would've pressed correctly, we would've have won too. If Uzbekistan team was in our position, they would've done the same
@@rishabhshuklaa1 You're right. But if Nodirbek Abdusattorov had played with white, he would have tried to beat Gukesh. Gukesh has always lost to Nodirbek when playing with the black pieces. So, if we were in your position, we would have at least won on one board.
Someone tell ‘Karen kramnik’ that all wireless transmission features in a phone on flight mode are available in digital cameras. By his logic no digital cameras should be allowed to record the game, as well.
The phone could detect the position on board and compute the best move with chess engine, then it only needs to transmit the result to the receiver in the room. Digital camera could hardly allow chess software to be installed
@@boogachpovar Hate to break it to you, but a digital camera is principally the same thing as a phone today - a computer with different peripherals. If a Xerox printer can run Doom, then there is no reason why a camera could not run a chess software - or relay moves for any outside source.
@@Kamamura2 Yes, you can also program your anal beads with stockfish and morse the position on board with urges in your sphincter. The possibilities are endless but it doesn't mean the entry level to cheating should be as low as installing an app and making couple arrangements with friendly press representative
I'm going to merge the comments I have made under another channel since I think it's important, albeit lengthy. Kramnik doesn't have any point despite his fair minded and objective demeanor and rhetorics. The FIDE rule 12.8 allows phones authorised by arbiters which was done for ChessBase India's phones (ChessBase India is an old channel, which although is Indian is not affiliated to Indian players, and who has been using phones for all kinds of tournaments for a long time even if Indians don't play there for capturing multiple angles since they don't have budget for so many actual cameras and if not budget restrictions, it is for ease of convenience). Additionally, there are multiple other phones of other nationalities' photographers as well in the hall from round 1 itself, all of which are authorized by arbiters. Also, by Kramnik's logic, we can reverse accuse Kramnik in that case and any team saying they are also getting transmissions since as I've mentioned, Sagar and ChessBase India are not the only people with phone cameras in the hall and we don't know which one of them are corrupted. Many different photographers from different nationalities have them due to budget restrictions, battery issues, ease of convenience, and overheating issues. If rule is to be challenged then Kramnik should challenge the rule before the tournament and not saying baseless things like it violated the rule during the tournament and even more especially during a crucial match which can shake opponent's focus when no violation took place, when he doesn't know the rule 12.8 itself. BTW, even cameras can transmit information nowadays and if phones can have in-built stockfish to calculate the moves without sim cards, then so can modified processors in cameras if enough funding and resources are put in. So, remove any electronics, I guess. Where does the paranoia end ? It's a nothing burger which is typical of Kramnik nowadays who makes a fool out of himself every now and then now, even if his chess contributions are great. Danya explained it perfectly in the FIDE chess stream minutes later Kramnik's interview if you listened to him, who was understandably annoyed with Kramnik and even Judith Polgar seemed mildly annoyed.
As a rule of thumb, if Kramnik says anything, ignore him. I have more respect for a random 200 on the internet, than Kramnik. Him being a former world champion should be meaningless at this point.

I grew up in a small town and my dad always used to say, “the only people that lock their doors around here are the thieves…” In other words, if anyone is cheating I’d put my money on it being Kramnik
The funniest part of the whole Kramnik thing was his reasoning. He said in the interview that there was no SIM in the phone but it did have bluetooth connectivity and that could be used to transmit. Next sentence he says they should use cameras instead of phones....which also has bluetooth connectivity lmao. Old man is losing his grip on things.
what about magnus reasoning? when magnus lose with white in classical vs hans niemann, he accuse him of cheating with no evidence. now magnus lose with white in classical, why are there no cheating accusations?
@@boogachpovarIt's 2024 cameras can have apps installed in it and they work on a version of Linux OS. If you are gonna use a mobile device to cheat, a camera is not different in that aspect. The mobile OS was originally meant for cameras.
Because Hans was cheater, it was already proved in post match analysis interview of him. Magnus loses yesterday which proves him being human and not an engine which destroys you in every game.
One of the wildest things about Kramnik's recent behaviour to me is: He's been nonsensically accused of cheating before when Topalov said he had a computer in the bathroom at their World Championship match He KNOWS what it's like to be at the other end of this kind of nonsense. I think this is somehow his way of dealing with that experience. It was done to him, and therefore he feels it’s ok to do to others. I'm an Indian, but on day 1 of the broadcast, I was very surprised that captains are allowed to sit so close to their players ( eye gestures, sighing loudly. Eg. Vidit vs Memyderov.. Raja looked so disappointed when Vidit was clearly winning and a sigh of relief when his Teammate escaped. Even this in my opinion is external influence. Don't put the captains in that position they are human and they might/ will react like humans would. ), And there were mobile phones all over the hall. I understand Airplane mode and all but who's monitoring the 50th or the 100th board?? AND oh ya, India is not cheating, it's just a weird interpretation of the mobile phone rule and no tournament I played allows this..
There is no end to this nonsense ,, you can almost accuse anyone of anything , for example I saw kramnik roaming around the players board , so I can say that through tapping his foot he can relay the moves to his players , there is absolutely no end to this
People get confused between the capabilities of cameras and phones like it's the 1990s or 2000s. Most of the cameras now can have apps installed and work on an OS. Without a sim a camera is equivalent to a phone if someone wants to cheat using that.

If India draws the next two games then India will get gold . Only 4 possible teams to get gold -> India(17), usa(15), uzbek(15), china(15). Today India vs Usa -> draw Case1: china vs uzbek -> draw Points: India(18), usa(16), uzbek(16), china(16). Case2: china vs uzbek -> decisive game let say uzbek wins India(17), usa(15), uzbek(16), china(14). So Round 11 is between top 2. So India vs uzbek -> draw. Phones were allowed by fide themselves as a camera, multiple media used phones for recording and the grandpa is only now seeing them. Kramnik aka Vladimir Delulu Kramnik.
Nobody is talking about the fact that it was a cheap distraction and mind game from the opposition coach against the indian team. I think it should be the indian contingent who should file a complaint against the opposition coach. High time, his baseless accusations have repercussions. Imagine Nihal - a young boy who was baselessly accused by one of his chess hero.
To be fair, I suspect we have seen the last of the Hans drama. That interview after the SCC, his posts on social media, and his silence afterwards are all good signs.
I agree. It was quite a change. Maybe him being humbled by Carlsen and Nakamura put him hard enough on his ass to realise maybe he needs to chill out. He's talented, and definitely shows his potential but he's got a lot of work to do mentally.
So many GMs complain about cheating, but Kramnik gets attacked just for reminding people of the rules. Some are trying to focus on the chessboard, while others are treating the tournament area like a fan connection event! Who knew a simple rule reminder would cause more drama than the actual cheating? And please, spare us the 'No SimCard' defense-your phone’s probably got more options to access internet, than a grandmaster has options for openings! :)

One day Kramnik saw two players walking to play a game. He noticed next to one player there was a man who was following him around and even sat next to the player while they played. Kramnik ran to fide to report this violation. Here is the official statement of Fide:
"FIDE carefully investigates all accusations of cheating. When presented with the accusation of [redacted] getting advice from another person and even had the accuser point it out to one of our fair play representatives. We have conluded that there was no cheating it was just the player's shadow."

@@martinsonnleitner5516 yes you are absolutely correct.i a indian
Why the hell would India push unnecessary for the win with 2 points lead if uzbeks are not taking chances with white on board 4 despite needing a win against India to go for gold
As of Arjun according to all broadcasts, experts and engines he was the one pushing all the time and should have won yesterday but played one of his worse games in this Olympiad Missing several chances and he only started to offer draws once he missed that huge blunder and position fizzled out to be a dead draw....of course he wouldn't like to play more at that point cause he knows he got to play the United states tomorrow in the most important match of this tournament and would like to rest instead
And fear of losing?
Lol don’t give him ideas
The phone could detect the position on board and compute the best move with chess engine, then it only needs to transmit the result to the receiver in the room. Digital camera could hardly allow chess software to be installed
@@boogachpovar These days digital cameras can also be configured to achieve this 🤣
@@boogachpovar Hate to break it to you, but a digital camera is principally the same thing as a phone today - a computer with different peripherals.
Kramnik is that guy who follows conspiracy theories too much
As a rule of thumb, if Kramnik says anything, ignore him. I have more respect for a random 200 on the internet, than Kramnik. Him being a former world champion should be meaningless at this point.
Absolutely true.
How could you say something so controversial yet. So true
@@brycepeddicord6763 the unfortunate thing is it's not controversial at all considering his behaviour in the past few months.
Levy's on here claiming cameras "cost thousands of dollars, maybe more", and you think Kramnik is the one who should be ignored?

It wouldn't be an international tournament without Kramnik complaining or being outraged.
at this point Kramnik shouldn't be let anywhere near a competitive event. Constant complaining about nothing, always making a scene, etc.

Yes! I really wouldn't rule it out either.
I guess you never lived in any reasonably sized city. The only people there who do not lock the doors are fools
Kramnik now exclusively plays the paperwork gambit 😂😂😂
^ a joke
The funniest part of the whole Kramnik thing was his reasoning. He said in the interview that there was no SIM in the phone but it did have bluetooth connectivity and that could be used to transmit. Next sentence he says they should use cameras instead of phones....which also has bluetooth connectivity lmao. Old man is losing his grip on things.
Does a digital camera also have an OS that allows installing any application? Like board recognition app, chess engine app?
what about magnus reasoning? when magnus lose with white in classical vs hans niemann, he accuse him of cheating with no evidence. now magnus lose with white in classical, why are there no cheating accusations?
@@boogachpovarIt's 2024 cameras can have apps installed in it and they work on a version of Linux OS. If you are gonna use a mobile device to cheat, a camera is not different in that aspect. The mobile OS was originally meant for cameras.

One of the wildest things about Kramnik's recent behaviour to me is: He's been nonsensically accused of cheating before when Topalov said he had a computer in the bathroom at their World Championship match
He KNOWS what it's like to be at the other end of this kind of nonsense.
So for him to be doing this kind of stuff is insane
I think this is somehow his way of dealing with that experience. It was done to him, and therefore he feels it’s ok to do to others. Kind of like the boomers who will try to say corporal punishment should be legal in schools because their teachers used to beat them and they turned out “just fine”. It’s an incredibly toxic but very common attitude.
well maybe kramnik actually cheated so thats why he is feeling that way

Only 4 possible teams to get gold -> India(17), usa(15), uzbek(15), china(15).
Today India vs Usa -> draw
Case1: china vs uzbek -> draw
Points: India(18), usa(16), uzbek(16), china(16).
Case2: china vs uzbek -> decisive game let say uzbek wins
India(17), usa(15), uzbek(16), china(14).
So Round 11 is between top 2.
So India vs uzbek -> draw.
