Frame rate of camera and the rotation rate of the tyre is almost same thats why it looks like they are not moving.

That diesel torque and nine speed automatic gear is the highlight.. and that noise insulation in cabin, ha suspension vagera bi .but without all that tehc this will be one cumbersome car to live with cause it’s long size.
