Adding a Radial Dimension, changing arrow direction and adding Appended Text in NX

I can't recall why this video was created other than perhaps to show how to reverse the arrow direction on-the-fly of a Radial Dimension from "Arrows In" to "Arrows Out" using the Drafting Application of Siemens NX.

Thank you, I could not find the 'arrows out' option anywhere. Will try this for diameters too
