I have backfilled with soil and then plinthfilled for about 2.5 feet with oily sand which is one kind of industrial waste. Now it is not absorbing any water and remains as it is even after 4 days of watering. What should I do now?
Underground water tank is being built inside ground floor room of already built old house by digging its floor again. The worker dug almost near to the edges of room. Now after builiding tank while backfilling when water is being put for compaction of every 1 feet the stones and soils below plinth beam are falling due to small area and the water what shoulf be done in this case? Is it ok to compact and back fill by using less water?
@@SimpleConstructionzz i have filled my foundation with building waste. Watered it during morning and evening. When rains came it settled nicely. Didn't need such complicated ideas
@Hemant Hitech building waste is not good for filling.red soil and clay soil is good for filling.right way of consolidation is mixing water by soil with a height of 20cm
@@hemanttutor6910 This is the proper and correct method to be used. While filling the earth it needs to be either vibrated/watered for proper compaction. Also if we are using this method there will not be any chance of gaps or holes. In future the chance to damage floor concrete is also less.
You are giving concentration at the soil setteling but look at your column stirups how it will be given laping
Thought of same too
It’s too small
Agar foundation pit me water pond bana kar usme crusher dust daala jaye to automatic compaction hoga?

oily sand means?
Means the sand absorbed something oily like mobile and becomes black in colour and smelling like kerosene!

its better to fill wet Msand or (sand) inside the pit and pour little water.
bro is it rcc wall or brick wall?
@@SimpleConstructionzz It is RCC building brother.
So do what I written earlier in comment box
@@SimpleConstructionzz Thank you brother.
01. Khet ki mitti / 02. River ki mitti / 03. Stone crasher ki mitti ???? inme se bhraan ke liye kya shai rahta hai ????
@@SimpleConstructionzz what correct?????
cost less for normal soil
for termite resistance-msand,
else other sands are also used
Beam p machine ka load de rhe ho … ye shi h?
Will the use of this machine damage the foundation walls since it will run over the foundation,?
no
Wrong method. Filling should be done in layer by layer without moving Hitachi over basement.
ok
This is sooo wrong....
When the water dries up , the soil 100% goes down .. now you have to waight for natural satteling of soil ...
thats not a problem
after drying pcc and concreting should be done.100% goes down.
why is he watering the soil?
For proper mixing and compaction
