Ingredients:
Oil for sauteing
300g - Beef sirloin (thin cut)
4 tbsp - Soy sauce
12 Cloves - garlic
3 tbsp - Butter
2 tbsp - Oyster sauce
½ cup - Button mushroom
1 tbsp - White sugar
1 tsp - Paprika
1 tbsp worcestershire
Freshly cracked black pepper
Garnish:
Sliced fried Garlic
Fresh parsley
Butter corn & carrot
