End of Summer Pepper Harvest

I could have even put this video off a bit longer for a MASSIVE harvest. But I'm glad I did it now. So I can have a beauty early fall harvest in about 2 weeks from now :) Which likely might be the last! Winter comes early here, sadly.

Hi Ryan,a really big pepper haul again.. hope all is well. Despite all the problems with aphids, your plants have delivered you so many hauls of peppers👍sadly I had to lose one of my bragons breath plants as it just wasn't producing nothing.. but all 5 scotch bonnets plants have pods to which are starting to change colour woohoo! 7 pot bubblegum chocolate is one I'm really looking forward to trying along with my armageddon and dragons breath chilli peppers 🌶

Awww sorry to hear about the dragons breath plant! But I'm glad the rest sound like they're thriving well. What are the plans with your scotch bonnet pods??

@@ferdaheat Well Ryan it's for sure a 2 month ferment for me. I love making my own hot sauce from my own 🌶s put them to good use haha! 👍

@ferdaheat The taste is somewhat different when fermented, everything has had time too blend and incorporate all those flavours oh not forgetting the heat! I prefer to taste the flavours first then the heat, and other times I prefer the heat first then flavour. What do you prefer Ryan from your hot sauce heat then flavour or flavour then heat? 👍
