Deconstruction - Restoring a Nauset Marine 27' Cape Cod Tuna Boat

In this video I prep the exterior of Ohana for sanding, fairing, and painting and removed all paneling from the house interior.
All trim pieces, miscellaneous hardware, grab handles, etc were removed. I then stripped all adhesive, caulk, and silicone before sanding the gelcoat with 220 grit sandpaper.
Ohana is a 1982 Nauset Marine 27' boat originally built for tuna charters off the coast of Cape Cod. Stay tuned as I bring it back to its original glory and have some fun in the process!
