I don't think the reason people are so obsessed with Harry's style is because it's completely original. Pretty much no one has a style that is completely original. I think the reason people are so shook over Harry is because you can tell he has a true love for fashion and fashion history, and that's something rare in the mainstream pop sphere. Harry combines his influences in a way that brings class and sophistication but also daring experimentation to the forefront. He's pushing the boundaries on what's acceptable for men to wear for an entirely new generation, and I think that's super badass.

Absolutely. He was gorgeous before and he's gorgeous now but his style now is amazing and he seems really confident and comfortable with it, that makes him 10× more beautiful. His Gucci campaigns weren't styled by his personal stylist, obviously, and you kinda stopped looking at his personal style in 2015. In 2018 he wears loafers with wide trousers and very bold colours. He's growing his hair out again. He wears nail polish (glittery -pink nail polish, for instance). He wears a lot of jewellery as well. I also think you should check his Another Man spread from 2016. You're missing out. PS: the second Gucci campaign was set in Italy. Just saying, if you wanna be taken seriously, you should do a little bit more research.

So, you know, it is like Katie Perry recently talking about how she identifies as bisexual after years of controversy over her “I Kissed a Girl” song - alluding to possibly engaging in lesbian sex, but never really risking much in the way many gay youth do. Again, not to invalidate someone’s experience - it just seems less genuine than someone who openly expresses their queerness off the bat without being coy because they need to sell tickets. It felt like a very powerful moment when Kristen Stewart addressed Trump’s obsession with her - especially on Saturday Night Live, especially as a someone who recently opened up about being gay. Also, that also starts the conversation about celebrities who have rumours of being closeted and never coming out - or at least, not into their 70’s like Barry Manilow, or the dangerous nature of someone like Kevin Spacey who later excused his predatory nature and sexual assault cases on being a closeted gay man. Hopefully we will see even more queer celebrities in the media - especially those who are breaking more barriers. Anyways... I could be wrong. It wouldn’t be the first time...

In recent years, she's become a designer that even people who like subtle or classic fashion have worked with. There’s a point where it stops being fashionable and starts being too weird. And I think the suggestion you gave were too out there for Harry. He takes risks more so with colors and sometimes materials. And for now I thinks that’s enough. Maybe for hs2 he can try more things. But for now I think more risks aren’t a great idea.

I‘m not gonna lie, I really enjoyed this video more than I should
bowie almost did get hurt for the clothes he wore. when he was in the u.s. promoting his album “the man who sold the world” he wore a lot of dresses and at one point a man pointed a gun at him and threatened him.
He’s obviously got inspiration from different places and different people but I think it’s not necessarily a copy of one specific person i think it’s more of a mixture of different people who inspired him. I don’t think it’s all necessarily original original you can tell it’s definitely inspired from a lot of different feminine male rockstars however you can tell compared to the rest of 1d he’s definitely always been more original and had his own style and a lot more so since he’s been solo.
i would love an updated version, it would be really interesting to see what you think of his crazier current style

When you were talking about David Bowie kinda makes me think of when you don’t know someone and you have to do research like at school and you suddenly get so invested in them like it reminds me of those movies where a teacher gives a student a essay on someone and suddenly something happens to them that relates to the person they are talking about and in the end of the movie they are talking passionately about them what I mean by all of this is how you suddenly have to research someone from school or you just randomly do sometimes you get so invested you fall in love and learn about life

lowkey dead Arguably, there has been other celebrities that allude to *possibly* being part of the LGBT community without actually belonging - whether it is to be inclusive, create controversy and/or a way to market themselves to their LGBT identified audience. I don’t know much about this person, but I’ve read and seen this happen many times with celebrities dating back to the 60-70’s (such as David Bowie, who claimed to have dabbled in affairs with men). This isn’t to say that these individuals aren’t being truthful or being manipulative, it just seems to be a trend - all the while, people like Mykki Blanco and Brooke Candy are openly queer people. So, you know, it is like Katie Perry recently talking about how she identifies as bisexual after years of controversy over her “I Kissed a Girl” song - alluding to possibly engaging in lesbian sex, but never really risking much in the way many gay youth do. Again, not to invalidate someone’s experience - it just seems less genuine than someone who openly expresses their queerness off the bat without being coy because they need to sell tickets. It felt like a very powerful moment when Kristen Stewart addressed Trump’s obsession with her - especially on Saturday Night Live, especially as a someone who recently opened up about being gay.
Also, that also starts the conversation about celebrities who have rumours of being closeted and never coming out - or at least, not into their 70’s like Barry Manilow, or the dangerous nature of someone like Kevin Spacey who later excused his predatory nature and sexual assault cases on being a closeted gay man. Hopefully we will see even more queer celebrities in the media - especially those who are breaking more barriers.

I was a bit irked by that myself. As a fan of weird fashion and punk music, Vivienne is one of my favorites. There's so much history with her fashion and music and politics. In recent years, she's become a designer that even people who like subtle or classic fashion have worked with. Plus, she designed Carrie's wedding dress in the Sex and the City movie, which is significant, whether you like the show or not . Although, he really dislikes SATC and he's only 21, so it probably is just plain ignorance.

I agree with a lot of the things you said. But a bit own I disagreed with is for the trying new things and the suggestions you gave. I think Harry has been out there enough. There’s a point where it stops being fashionable and starts being too weird. And I think the suggestion you gave were too out there for Harry. He takes risks more so with colors and sometimes materials. And for now I thinks that’s enough. Maybe for hs2 he can try more things. But for now I think more risks aren’t a great idea.
