See but the thing is, whenever I have to get physical with one of my female friends(they know they aren't allowed to speak to or text and other guys while I'm around) it is never a problem. You have to limit the extent of the rape and/or beating you use to discipline female friends or your gf. Just don't hit to hard(as you know girls are much more fragile than guys so little force is required) and really they are so emotional that even a slap that barely makes a sound is enough to make them start crying. And when you rape it is best for it to be oral or anal. Sodomy has been shown to make women much more submissive than vaginal rape. I would suggest anal for 2 reasons.
1. there is a chance she will bite(though all of my female friends have a weirdly strong attachment to me for some reason so I dont think this will be an issue for me)
2. Pain obviously makes them more submissive. Even if they are use to anal having it done unlubed and/or aggressively still gets your point across.
But when I say aggressive I mean hard, but spaced out strokes. like one hard stroke every five seconds. too fast can cause some serious injury(one girl told me she bled anally for 2 weeks every time she used the bathroom after).
Don't do this with brand new friends. make sure you've bonded with her for at least half a year before you lay down the law on what is and isn't acceptable in your presence. The same principle applies to males, but I only have one example, so try that at your own risk. But, for obvious reasons, make sure said male is not the aggressive type and make sure you are equal or greater than their weight.
Hope this helps you PROPERLY control people who need it. While these methods do work on strangers occasionally I have had some incidences that came WAY to close to me being busted, so I do NOT recommend do this with strangers.
