Great tip on baking the flour first, not many people know about that.
Thank you, but I learned from you guys that flour in different places can be an issue if it is not cooked. I never had this problem in Ireland, a learning curve :)

i cooked it at a low temperature for a short amount of time and they actually turned out delicious, soft and chewy. i loved them! but i felt bad for doing something you said not to :)
I've never seen these two actors on anything, but they're flipping adorable as a married couple. All three of you have great chemistry too on this video too.

I love 💕all that you do Gemma, you are truly a talented Baker , and I so agree with you I never use unsalted butter. I've tried it in baked goods, just doesn't taste the same, it's all a big hype .thanks for sharing this 💕wonderful edible cookie dough.

Hi Sushil, I know what you mean about the macarons. They are tricky, but really practice makes perfect with this. you got feet, that was good, next time perfection! :)
I had no idea that Angela had a RUclips channel! I watched some of their videos after watching this one and I loved them! What a great couple, I'm definitely subscribing! Anyway, I was wondering if you could make a Lavender Mug Cookie or a Lavender Mug Cake?
Emily Smith, yes, and they are really lovely, well worth supporting. I am not a fan of lavender as a flavor, really, I tried this in Iced desserts, and could not get past the 'perfume' flavor. I think this is a taste thing, some people find this heavy, others not so much! I need to think about how to work with it :)
Gemma Stafford Oh no! That's too bad. I completely understand though. It's one of those things you either like it or you don't. I always get some weird looks from my family when I tell them about my lavender shortbread cookies and lavender hot chocolate recipes. It really is quite lovely though if you get the measurements just right. I always start off with just a small amount, do a little taste test and add a little more if need be. It is pretty easy to over do it. I'm sorry, now I feel like it was a bad suggestion lol 😖.

I love cookie dough so much I prefer it to many other deserts as it is easy and super delicious , not to healthy tho so I have not had it in a while do you have any healthy alternatives?
Caitlin B, you can easily experiment with this. butter is a healthy ingredient, but not by the pound, you can reduce or sub out the sugar, have fun with it, get the base to suit, try different flours too, you can make this your own :)

Hi gemma !! nice to meet you :) so i am this fan from India and i have been following for quite a long time now :) ... you have NEVER disappointed us EVER your recipes have always helped me ... i LOVE baking and I LOVE sweet treats of ANY type (well except some ) of all the things i have tried yours turned out the best and exact same of how u told it should have been ... only because of you i bake quite a well goodies :) you gave us the substitutes of eggs which no one had ever given and they helped me a lot seeing my mum don''t eat egg ... so i guess hats enough trash of mine and the main motive is I LOVE YOU AND YOUR TREATS :)

Hi Gemma! I was so excited when I saw Angela from The Office! Not that I don't love you too.❤ this was such a fun video. I loved the recipe as I often find myself tasting my cookie dough. Well, we Bakers have to taste what we are cooking, right? Just to make sure it it tastes good LOL. This is such a great idea. I also loved the sort of relaxed interview type of feel it had without it actually being an interview. Does that make sense? You did a beautiful job. I still have the flu and I have been watching the office Non-Stop! It was a real treat. I will definitely go over and check out the cookies you guys made. Fun fact - I love the term accoutrement! How about centre filled cupcakes like chocolate,strawberry,caramel, etc
(www.biggerbolderbaking.com/crazy-cupcakes/) you may like this recipe. You can choose your own fillings. Strawberry is best added as a jam, it does not hold up so well as a fresh fruit! :)

hi gemma, need some expert advice i was whipping cream the other day it was not forming stiff peaks i was whipping for almost 30 minutes i chilled my bowl and whisk attachment what did i did wrong??
