I have dry skin and saw online that I should only wash my face once a day and not twice since it could damage my skin barriere? I don't really know and I'm new to skincare so advise is needed!!
Hello! Cleansing twice a day no problem(if you don't have severe problem in the skin). Recommend to only water cleanse in the morning since the cleanser can be a bit aggressive. I do this all the time in except summer : )

As someone who was really into “safe and organic” beauty in Europe let me tell you it’s not fully regulated and be cautions like she said. I stopped believing those claims. I also had the and only worst allergic reactions with those “safe” natural products.

In Europe“organic“ has clear rules.
Thank u for sharing! Organic cosmetics are more advanced in European countries comparing to Asia or US. In that way better with rules as well!
