Carbon Fiber NGX foam plate Destructive testing

I am in the middle of building a Carbon Fiber Overland Camper. It will not be used for occupation, but as a lightweight tool box.....Big one... but enough of that, I wanted to show the bonding strength of the MaxBond Thixotropic.
The two pieces are joined at a 45. flange with is 1.5 inches. Normally the Thixotropic is then covering the whole flange area but it ran away and cured so it only covered half of the 1.5 inches. It is a marvelous bonding agent used in both maritime and aviation composite construction. It took 8.5 Kilos to break it on a 90 deg angle.
