Hey wonder if you can help? I have been trying like mad to get mine to work but I keep getting an error when clicking the auto measure. Customer service have been as much use as a chocolate fireguard so far. Here is a run down of my method - Take slats out. Plug in rotary tool Place object Measure diameter of object Check instructions 58mm is shelf should be 1A. Change option to laser cylindrical Change material Roller mode Ensure red dot is on highest point of object Click on auto measure Auto measure failed. Have you had any similar experiences? Its driving me nuts. Can't tell if it's something simple I'm missing or iv just got a dodgy unit?
..a cable.. of course... any PARTICULAR cable? Is this the adapter kit that XTool mentions on their site for 3rd Party machines? Thanks! @@ChrisPowellFSD
