Fated to Love You is my top tier. It’s the only k-drama that managed to make me attached so much. The plot, the chemistry, and the story itself is spot on, it’s a masterpiece. Up until now, there’s still an empty gap in my heart every time I finish binge watching it. Something about this drama is really different
I have watched the Chinese version and I wasn’t a fan. I think I liked the plot but it has so many unnecessary episodes, annoying second FL and weak acting of ML.
My most popular of all time is Marriage not dating. I’ve watched it at least 10 times. This drama is so well written and acted that even as a comedy, it is very realistic. The main heroes are the opposites that attract and complement each other. It’s a real bomb with “real” kisses and a little more.

I downloaded Because this is my first life just because I had data that was expiring and I didn’t want to waste it and then I forgot about it for over a year, only to find it about a month ago… ended up watching all 16 episodes in 1 day and it made it’s way to my top 5 all time favourite kdramas of all time… pure luck!
100 Days My Prince is my all time favorite. I watched it many times. It has a beautiful story and a perfect chemistry of the lead actors. A must-see drama.
I so agree! What a gem this series is. I'm so happy to have found it. It's so underrated. I don't love the secondary characters (other than the female lead's best friend), but the main characters' appeal more than makes up for it.

Because this is my first life....is my most favorite k drama of all time....Warm-hearted and beautifully done..... Love how its just a story of ordinary people....It highlighted lots of Korean's family values/issues....touch based on issues due to generational differences without overdoinging it.... I rewatched it so many times to really pay attention on the dialogues..... Scriptwriting was excellent.... The acting and chemistry between the leads was top-notch.
Was surprised that BTIMFL got the top spot because it's so underrated. I've gotten used to it getting sidelined. Totally agree with your rank though. It offers a good commentary on modern relationships and I thoroughly enjoyed watching it!

One of the most underrated C-drama of the year. It is a flowing story line, good acting and gluey bgm and ost. I am loving how much support Because This Is My First Life is getting here. I thought I was the only one absolutely awestruck by this drama :). I have (re)watched it many times and I am still not bored of it. Lee Min Ki and Jung So Min were absolutely fantastic together, like true soulmates, their chemistry was off the charts. Other actors did fantastic job too. Story, directing, camera, sound effects are a true treat and fun. And the soundtrack? OMG! I have it on my most favorite songs playlist in Spotify. The only negative thing is that there is no BTIMFL 2. Yet. I hope it comes one day, with the same cast.

Suddenly it felt like the whole universe stopped and it was just them two, and the mood and feels. And after their second convo at the bus stop, with the talking and strong feels again, I realized I was looking at something very very special. No unnecessary drama, yelling, crying, overreacting. Just pure, real emotions. Never before with any movie or series did I get this feeling of being an uninvited observer in a private conversation between two absolutely matching soulmates, two strangers who are slowly but unavoidably pulled together. That is probably why I can keep rewatching without getting bored.

what i love about because this is my first life is that it makes me care about all the side characters too. and it shows different approaches to marriage and relationships, all the side characters are different in what it means for them. and i love the female friendships in it, it's very real.

I think my mom watches it once every year... i saw the Taiwanese version first (this is a remake of that one) so I couldn't get as attached to this version as she did, even thought this one is better. It's usually the first version of a story we see/read that stays closer to our hearts...

I really agree to that no. 1 The drama doesn't only focusing on the chemistry of the two but this drama really help you understand life more. Like it brings you to a different perspective which does really make sense at all. A part of dimension which seems to be blury for lots of people of nowadays. I really like the Because This Is My First Life not only because of the actors/actresses who really portraits their characters very well but also it's scripts that will bring you into deeper realization. And also the drama is very funny and it's story line is perfect. Everything is perfect in this drama!
I remember Prime Minister and I. I also remember not being able to buy into the idea that Yoona and Lee Beom Soo’s characters are married. Yoona looked like a teenager (she’s 30 this year and I think she still looks like one) and Lee Beom Soo looked like her dad. I was like, no, no uh. I stopped at 2 episode.
If you don’t watch Lie to Me, just watch 5 minutes of the Coca Cola scene. I’ve seen so many kdrama kisses over the years, but it is still one of my favorites.
I’ve seen each one and loved them all but my absolute favourite is Fated to Love You. This show has it all, great actors and storylines, drama, romance, comedy, love, relationship growth and issues, heartbreak, family and shenanigans. I’ve lost count on how many times I’ve watched it.

I’ve seen almost all the dramas here except for 100 Days My Prince and I just gotta say that my favorite among the dramas on the list is THE KING 2 HEARTS. It’s like watching a movie every episode. There was absolutely no dull moment, the plot is crazy good, the dialogue was brilliant and the actors were so on point. I don’t think any other drama can give me the same experience The King 2 Hearts gave.

I think my mom watches it once every year... i saw the Taiwanese version first (this is a remake of that one) so I couldn't get as attached to this version as she did, even thought this one is better. It's usually the first version of a story we see/read that stays closer to our hearts...

The drama doesn't only focusing on the chemistry of the two but this drama really help you understand life more. Like it brings you to a different perspective which does really make sense at all. A part of dimension which seems to be blury for lots of people of nowadays. I really like the Because This Is My First Life not only because of the actors/actresses who really portraits their characters very well but also it's scripts that will bring you into deeper realization. And also the drama is very funny and it's story line is perfect. Everything is perfect in this drama!

I remember Prime Minister and I. I also remember not being able to buy into the idea that Yoona and Lee Beom Soo’s characters are married. Yoona looked like a teenager (she’s 30 this year and I think she still looks like one) and Lee Beom Soo looked like her dad. I was like, no, no uh. I stopped at 2 episode.
The top 6 I’ve seen all and they are definitely a must see. 1% of something is so super sweet and marriage contract had me bawling.
If you don’t watch Lie to Me, just watch 5 minutes of the Coca Cola scene. I’ve seen so many kdrama kisses over the years, but it is still one of my favorites.
I’ve seen each one and loved them all but my absolute favourite is Fated to Love You. This show has it all, great actors and storylines, drama, romance, comedy, love, relationship growth and issues, heartbreak, family and shenanigans. I’ve lost count on how many times I’ve watched it.
Try to watch the original version. Fated to Love you Taiwan.

I love this trope so much, I've seen them all. I'd have to say my favorites are Goong, Marriage Contract, King2Hearts, and Something About 1%. Let's be honest, I love all of them though.
I’ve seen almost all the dramas here except for 100 Days My Prince and I just gotta say that my favorite among the dramas on the list is THE KING 2 HEARTS. It’s like watching a movie every episode. There was absolutely no dull moment, the plot is crazy good, the dialogue was brilliant and the actors were so on point. I don’t think any other drama can give me the same experience The King 2 Hearts gave.

My favourites are Marriage not dating because it's really funny and Fated to love you because it was so romantic. As a fan of old kdramas i liked Full House too.

I realized that my two all-time faves are snail dramas hahaha, "Because This Is My First Life", the best!, and "Fated To Love You". 💛🐌 Both series has leads with superb chemistry, great storyline.
Goong is my all time favourite. Loved lie to me (famous coca cola kiss), this is my first time (rewatched while in lock down), prrime minister and my girl. full house is iconic. Hate marriage contract though. gave up halfway through.
Yeah me too..the storyline n chemistry not so great...but there is one more uee drama, she marries a dorky village guy...he is usually act as a rich handsome guy in suit so this drama is diff...very sweet..

Something about 1% is my first K-Drama, and I loved it to the core, made me wanting to learn Korean ( which I'm fluent in now), the characters are so adorable, specifically how the male lead treats the female lead, you'll actually think that they are in love.
