- If you listen to this video for 21 days in a row, you will increase the probability of attracting a relationship 10 fold. The key is to set the intention before the video that you will connect to your heart center in a powerful way. Doing this will allow you to prime yourself so that while you are in the meditation you easily bring the feeling of being whole and complete into the process.

This meditation will change your life. If you listen to this for the next 30 days, you will find more of a reflection of love in your life than ever before. It is recommended that you use headphones when listening to this meditation and that you either sit down or lay down and relax. You are about to connect to your heart and to love in a way you have never connected to make yourself comfortable. We are about to go deep into your sub conscious mind. Set the intention. This meditation help you to feel love in your heart, feel love in your heart, that energy and allows you to perceive of. Start off by paying attention to the energy you can put your hands over your heart and just the awareness in the center of your chest. As you do that with every breath you take, you will feel more connected to your heritage. Really take a deep breath in. As you breathe it in, feel the energy inside of your art. Feel the energy center. This energy is white.
Everything.
The more you tap in to the field, you are tapping into the love naturally.
Oh, now imagine that there is a seed inside of your hands. Right now is a seed. This seed is going to bring to you more love in your life
than ever before. They'll put the intention. This is going to bring into your life and look at this in your hand. Now put it into your heart center.
As you put your awareness on this seed in your heart center and as you imagine it going into your heart, you can feel warmth in your heart. Begin to grow. You can feel this. Energy is starting to grow and expand
throughout your and now understand
at this, at this feeling has always been within you. It is always here for you to tap into when however you want,
Oh you have to do is remembered
feeling inside of your heart because this feeling is who you naturally are. Now imagine that that seed that you planted in your heart, that out of that seed is starting to grow and you can see some green poking out of the leaf. You could see some life grow out of it, and as it grows you can feel the energy in your heart expanding more and more and feel into this shit. Yes. Now, as this seed grows more and more, I want you to imagine some memory of your past. Have you feeling connected to this love. Remember a time when you felt connected to your heart center. Maybe it's a memory. Have you been with someone else
on the bed? Maybe it's a memory of you just feeling connected to your friends. Would it ever this situation is? I imagine it in detail. I imagine it as if you are looking memory, becoming brighter and brighter, becoming louder and louder temperature.
Now bring the awareness into your heart center.
You found more connected to your heart before your heart.
More intelligence than your brain
are you in your and your heart is constant tending to communicate with you.
Open yourself up to any message that your heart has for you. Ask Yourself, what message does my heart have for me right now? Is there any message? My heart task right this moment? Attracting? Yeah, whatever feeling is in your heart right now, it's true on that feeling, becoming magnified times 10, that feeling, that heart center, the energy around your heart is now expanding much further beyond your body.
This energy will bring the relationship you desire. This energy around you
body will bring more love to you than you have ever felt in your life before.

I just came back here to tell my story. I did this mediation to try and manifest my ex back. I did it for around 2 weeks and ended up bumping into him in a random part of Peru (we split while travelling) it was complete random. Anyway it was great and acted like a couple m but he didn’t want to be back with me. I continued this mediation and the 30 day no contact. I ended up meeting an amazing man just a few weeks later. Update: I started continuously listening to this each night around a year ago. I wasn’t obsessive, but I made it a routine.

It is so good to see others feeling the same experience that I am. Isnt it so odd how we always used to hear about these things but never understood them. But that critical moment that happend in our lives that made us truly understand what is happening here and opened our minds to what was being told to us the whole time. It's like being a child and finally growing up to understand what the adults were telling you that you would understand when you were older.. this is just so surreal.. all my demons, all my barriers in life.. just.. gone. Today is April 2, 2024, and I have a message for everyone watching this video.
When it was November 2022, I started listening to this meditation every day, as I was really missing having a certain person in my life. I trusted the process, and not even 30 days later the unexpected happened. This girl and I met again, we started talking and hanging out again. When it was December 10, 2022, we finally decided to enter into a relationship, where we are to this day, happier than you can imagine.
I want to share this story with you, in a way to reaffirm to myself, that when we have good intentions, believe in something better, and think about it, we can achieve it! Not only in our relationships, but spiritually, professionally, financially, etc...

I found this meditation 1 year ago. I was not so strict about it, I guess I listened to it 3-4 times for a month. I actually did not think I would find a partner, I just wanted to love myself more... I listened to this meditation back in March 2021, during COVID chaos. In May 2021 my husband came into my life. For a person who didn't have a healthy childhood he is everything healthy and masculine. Now we are married and living a wonderful life. He has my back and never have I had anyone in my life who had my back like he does now. This meditation works. Even now when I listen to this, it fills me up with all the good emotions. I found this channel feeling empty and broken-hearted in January 2023. I began doing this meditation at the beginning of March. 3 days in, the girl that left me broken hearted last year texted me out of the blue. To me it was a sign I was on the right track. I kept doing the meditation. After two weeks, I met a girl that I had an instant connection with beyond words. She told me she had been meditating for two years to heal herself. I have been going on a lot of dates but have never had anything like this connection. Thank you so much for making this video, and anyone considering it, just do it. I was listening this meditation for months, back in beginning of 2019. Before I had no self worth, toxic relationships, met men that didn't align with me at all. I was unconsciously searching desperately for love. I felt unsure if a meditation could really help me, but I decided to give it a shot and just surrendered to this "experiment and energy ".
I was just concentrating how this energy in the meditation made me feel and I started to shift my focus and feelings to LOVE. Not long after that, I met my soul mate.
From the start he accepted me as I was, even I had still a lot of healing to do. Now, 5 years later, we have a stable, healthy, loving relationship. We are engaged and last year we got our first baby. ❤

I thought all the testimonies were fake, listened to it for 2 days to make fall in love the guy I've been seeing for a month but I ended up loosing him and the guy I wanted so bad 8 months ago contacted me tonight. This is crazy.
Listened to this for one week, before sleep. During that week I decided I just have to let go all expectations and enjoy life as it comes. Such a liberating feeling! After that week I got together with an old friend who'm I've been knowing for almost 10 years (we never dated). After 3 days we were saying "I love you", after 2 more days we decided we want to get married, we moved in together and we announced our friends. In October this year we are getting married, after 7 months of love relationship and everything feels so natural. It's not just the meditation, but your state of mind: stop chasing love - you could actually be blocking it.

Update: I only listened to this 3 times back in 2019 and I met my fiancé a few months later and we’re getting married next year and I’m thrilled about it 👌🏽. I was doing lots of other personal dev work too for a long while but this really helped me bring a fantastic partner into my life in a way where I was truly ready.

And I also found out there’s some traits about him that was not exactly what I’m looking for. However I had no anxiety and regrets about it. It made me realized how well can a person treats me (he was a gentleman treated me very nicely on the first date). I also feel a lot of self love from this video. I came across the information about if manifestations isn’t working for you, there may be something you’re hold on (past experience, anxiety, etc.) that’s holding you back. So I’m trying to work on releasing negativities that’s holding me back first, sort of like working on myself first (I’m trying Sedona releasing method). Sending love and good luck on your journey 💗

Update: This is one of the most effective guided meditations I have ever used. In fact it’s so powerful, it’s been manifesting more than one romantic path. Best to use it wisely and conservatively. I started this meditation when I was heartbroken that my girlfriend of 6 years broke up with me. I have been doing the meditation for 6 weeks and she has come back to me. I listened to this a few years ago and wanted to update. In July 2022 a guy I dated briefly in 2020 and I reconnected. @@carlathompson2011it didn’t fail… you gave it a month and quit believing. You could’ve been inches from it but chose the sad negative path by the sound of it.
Coming back after 30 days to give my update: at the end of last year I broke up with my boyfriend and I was feeling discredited about things, especially love; By chance I found this video this year in February and I started my 30-day journey with it and I didn't skip a single day of meditation. In the first few days I cried a lot, as if I was cleansing my heart of the hurts of the past, and over the days I started to feel more connected to myself, more excited to do my personal things and live my life and I felt much more beautiful too. ! After about 14 days of meditation, 2 guys that I recently met started to become closer and we have been talking for a few weeks and 1 of them has exactly the relationship characteristics that I ask God for. My 30 days are up, I still don't have a boyfriend but I managed to heal from my last breakup, I feel a thousand times better about myself and little by little I'm opening myself up to new possibilities, I'm going to continue doing the meditation because it really helps a lot and I'll come back here for another update! This worked for me in *3 days*!! I had been into a guy for MONTHS and three days after listening HE made a move on me. Despite the fact I never outwardly expressed my feelings. I continued listening for the whole 21 days... we’ve been together 2 months now

Hi everyone - I swear on all my being I did this last night - found it a little difficult to focus with Araron talking but I did it and I felt everything in my heart and my love emailed me this morning. This is so unbelievable it took less than 24 hours for it to work for me. However I am a very spiritual person and I meditate a lot but we were separated for over four months and I could feel his pain and when I did this I knew that he would reach out because I could feel him during the process. Uhm so wow?! I saw the comments, started listening to this and I'm like yeah right this cant work. Low and behold. I've been listening to it for 1 week maybe. Not daily though. Recently came out of a 7 years long relationship, long story short - I was settling and the relationship actually had long expired, apart from having a lot of trust issues and small misunderstanding that lead to the break up.
Listened to this last night before going to bed and dreamt that I was on this train which my soulmate/husband was waiting for me to board! I’ve been listening this for three days, because I couldn’t get over my ex, but guess what, I really don’t care about him, the way I used to, I am starting to forgive and forget him slowly and the biggest flex is that, I have started loving myself, and I feel like I deserve so much more, I literally feel so happy, complete and self sufficient.

Day 30 of this meditation - I haven’t found my partner yet, but I do feel more self love.
I started doing this meditation back around feb last year, not long after I met a guy. Didnt think he would be anything serious for me. But over the next several months I learned him better and we fell in love with each other, and now he is my boyfriend. And more to that - he is literally the best guy Ive ever had, the relationships are beautiful. That being said I came out of along marriage couple of years ago and have a daughter and thought relationships are not for me and wont ever have any 😂.

Update.. it took me a moment to get out of shock. I had so many unhealthy relationships in my old version of me. I have been doing the inner child healing, this meditation plus went through a spiritual awakening. I ended this 21 day on July 25 2022 single, not dating or talking to anyone. I wrote a manifestation out of a great husband boyfriend first of July. I rewrote it with using "I have," first of September using same qualities. August 25 2022 29 days after (video says within 30) I meet a guy and ya'll he is the paper. And I tested it by writing odd things such as vibrant sneakers, loves to paint.. my friends have had to remind me I am not the same and I attract new now. Biggest lesson for me is remaining in my frame remembering my new version of me.

I’m only four days into using this meditation, but WOW. I went into this to attract romantic love (which is still possible), but have found great platonic benefits. I have been dealing with bouts of extreme loneliness since childhood and have abandonment issues regarding friends because I would always form a connection only for that friend to move schools or cities. The pandemic only made that phenomenon worse. Coming out of it, I was hit with the realization that I had no friends and had no clue how to make friends. So I started working on it with little to no luck. Then I started listening to this and on the second day I got invited out by some of my classmates who I had been friendly with, but never talked to outside of school. I was super anxious leading up to us meeting up to go roller skating tonight, but had such a great time. We’re already planning for next weeks adventure. Even when I fell, they picked me up and cheered me on. I didn’t feel isolated or pitied in anyway. We all were on the same level and it felt great to actually have people to hang out with. Cant wait to continue with this meditation and see what opportunities and people it’ll bring ✨

thats interesting. I think at some point you must have been doing it as routine without thinking about it much, and then the stuff probably happened. Am I right? As for myself, I'm gonna try 21 days and look at my tinder and cupid emails (already a ton but im looking for something specific lol) and see if I can "replace" my recently departed ex with someone similar in the "right" ways.
My partner and I have been together for 25 years. I have deep insecurities and low self esteem. Throughout the years, I manifested a role of reluctant servitude. After 3 meditations, he came to me in a random moment and embraced me with a warm and heart-felt loving hug and simply looked me in the eyes, smiled, and said "I SEE YOU".
For everyone who is writing things like it doesn’t work, you can’t limit yourself with time. I did this meditation 5 years ago got the best job ever, friends and found the love of my life few months later - unfortunately I messed up a month ago and try to fix things again with this meditation. You really have to believe, love life and be open. Meanwhile I actually do it 2 days now and already see some amazing things like met yesterday my ex accidentally and today got a call for a second interview even tho I messed up my exam they still want to see me again . The world and god are big so pleaseeeee 💅 just enjoy the ride
Update: just 1 week of listening to this i got my dream job even tho I was less qualified but they took me cause they really liked my vibe and wanted my spirit in this team. Lots of attraction from good looking men and the ones I know who had a crush on me now are extremely in love but … I do this still cause I want to manifest my ex boyfriend back as I know he is the one and that’s my goal ❤ so that was only one week imagine what else can happen

Yea I will update whenever something is happening 😄 to be honest I listened to this meditation a few times during a day as I felt low and needed my spirit up. Since I started now this job I just have time one in the evening to listen to it and it kinda sucks as I fell back into being in low vibration but let’s see I will try my best :)
