Thanks for the comment! It hangs from a tree and is allowed to move freely in the wind like a weathervane. It keeps pointed into the wind by way of bearing normally used for keeping fishing line from tangling. The wheel itself turns in the wind because the metal foil between the bicycle wheel spokes act like little fan blades, catching the wind and driving the wheel around.
i want a wheel with a dinomo in the cater so i can run some lights of it,should look real neat ?
