Meng Na is a doll. Gorgeous! I know lot of comments here are about a bad plot, the heroine is weak and tolerates abuse etc etc, but i liked the story, i liked how possesive the ML was and how he turned from a cold and unfeeling person to a crazy in love guy. Meng Na is perfect for this role with her delicate and pretty looks. It may seem like a superficial story, but not all dramas need to have a social/moral message. Some dramas are just pure entertainment and this one delivers. I recommend it for those that like a drama with not too much angst, lots of hot chemistry between the leads and a pretty FL that is cute and smart but still innocent and kind. Loved it!
I agree. Unlike others, I didn't find her overly weak (I don't remember her being slapped around or bullied or even trash talked) and I didn't feel that ML abused her. Yeah, he sort of used her as a convenient lover, but I think that's mostly because he didn't know how to behave in a relationship. It's like he didn't know what to do because he'd never had a lover - he gave her abortion pills but when his friend/relative pointed out the harm of them, he immediately changed his methods and scolded his friend for not telling him that sooner. He wasn't nearly as bad as a lot of these scumbag MLs who regularly humiliates, throat grabs and believes everything a green tea says. He's just possessive, which I happen to like.
Even when the script is not good, Meng Na brings a certain elegance to the mini drama… The chemistry with Zhou Hang is on fire ….❤at least the kissing scenes are real and not faked. Watching this 3rd time … Meng Na’s chemistry with Zhou Hang is as good as with Du Ya Fei : also off the charts type.

Ok...I loved this! The ML was hopeless at expressing his feelings, of course he stubbornly refused to accept what he was feeling 🤦♀️, loved his doc friend who had no problem telling him a few truths. Loved the character of the FL, though she didn't "walk out" on the ML, she was dignified at all times. Did not waste her time crying on what could be or should have been, accepted their relationship for what it was, made plans for what she would do once their relationship came to an end. Her seeming lack of interest in the ML's rumoured relationship and frank approach to the ML or even the ML's mom, her integrity and sincerity in her work despite her belief that the ML has no interest in a real relationship with her without letting people walk over her, etc made her really likeable.

one thing i like about this story is, it was shown that the perpetrators were punished for the crimes they have committed. justice is served. i didn't expect that a story about revenge would end beautifully.😁 well done! highly recommended 👍 thanks for the upload 😁
First, let’s talk about acting. Seeing MengNa alone in the snippet is enough to bring me to watch the drama (no matter how shitty the story later). She’s so natural and she brings grace to her character. I really hope she gets to go mainstream on bigger project. I am not familiar with ML. Be he is perfect for the role. His icy cold expressions and demeanour was rather hateful but somehow a lil bit charming perhaps 😬 and his small smiles were beautiful tho. Kisses were fire. Chemistry is sizzling between hot and cold. Story wise: I’ve seen the same troupe of secretary-ceo before. But I like this one because the actors who played it. FL character is docile but she has her own thoughts. She’s not stupid but she’s just kinda meek and avoid confrontation/fights. I wish she would return back a little all the harassment she got. The ML is cold & calculated. Most of the times possessive. But I find that he requires verbal assurances from the fl. I wish he’d show his feeling a bit when he actually cares about people. He opt for the childish way for assurance. I find the ML’s driver/assistant is really charming and handsome as well. I like the ML doctor friend character. He’s a balance existence to ML character. Normally he played the villain. Glad that now he shines better as ML wingman. I love that the’s no office bullying. FL & her secretary peer has good relations. Thankyou writer for making the office scene is such a warm place in this drama. One thing I learnt in the drama; make sure to check the surrounding when u wanna talk about people 😆🤭. Subtitle was very poor though.

I love Meng Na and watched this because of her. She is not afraid to show a little skin and she doesnt shy away from those intimate moments. The ML was extremely domineering. First time I see an engagement ring that actually looks like a rich man bought it. I liked that the ML was so into the FL but I just dont know why these domineering CEOs who are able to do million dollar deals can't express their feelings.
🔥 The natural kisses and hot chemistry between the handsome Zhou Yu Hang & the angelically beautiful Meng Na is worth the 2 hours 36 minutes watch 😍! These two need to be aired up again! A different kind of love story, great acting by all (especially the 2nd secretary, her best celebrity friend, his best friend the doc & his assistant), decent writing and script, clothes looked good, makeup & hairstyles too 🤩.

I love Meng Na and watched this because of her. She is not afraid to show a little skin and she doesnt shy away from those intimate moments. The ML was extremely domineering. First time I see an engagement ring that actually looks like a rich man bought it. I liked that the ML was so into the FL but I just dont know why these domineering CEOs who are able to do million dollar deals can't express their feelings.

🔥 The natural kisses and hot chemistry between the handsome Zhou Yu Hang & the angelically beautiful Meng Na is worth the 2 hours 36 minutes watch 😍! These two need to be aired up again! A different kind of love story, great acting by all (especially the 2nd secretary, her best celebrity friend, his best friend the doc & his assistant), decent writing and script, clothes looked good, makeup & hairstyles too 🤩.
