Hands down one is the most creative Dubstep tracks from 2011 and definitely one of the best Subscape tracks is now 10 years old!!! God the nostalgia is heavy with this one! Still sounds so good
Listening to dubstep all these years and of course I still find new songs to enjoy, but there are just some emotions that I don't think the genre really creates for me anymore. This was my era and it's a shame what got left behind in it.
So much bittersweet nostalgic pleasure of sophomore year, trying bud for the first time with my best friends. Wish I could go back sometimes when life was just so much simpler and hope was still a word in my vocabulary.

And this is what got me into dubstep, or rather the entire EDM scene, the very catchy melody, very well put togetherness. This was back around early 2012, after this I found Monstercat where I found some of my favourite songs today, yet this still gets stuck in my head as time passes by.

Brian Montierth While I do agree with you to some extent I do love MC for the consistency between the artists, it's like a movement so-to-speak in style, I've been going through a few mix's and found a few other songs that are right up there as the first go-to song when I open up RUclips, heck there's that recent big room one called 'I'm an albatrauz' Weirdly, I don't like it but don't hate it, but I listened to it about 9 times yesterday.
This song proves dubstep sounds better louder. Had no idea how sick this song was til I turned it up... Then its all LIKE WOAH.
Bassline is a bit monotonous during the "drop" (if you want to call it that, even though it doesn't qualify as one in my book) but hell, I'm having way too much fun playing this shit on repeat: something about it makes me want to keep listening to it.

Myro's version is better production quality wise but it's ridiculous that all he's made so far is old dubstep ripoffs
I still consider this better production quality.
Kocarev Kocarevski Myro's version is better mixing and masterring wise, its synth work is more interesting and diverse (vocal chops, layering, etc) and the percussion is more crisp and enjoyable, but that's where it ends. The original (If I'd call Subscape's TMO that) is nostalgic, innovative and really forward thinking for the time it was made, and the way Myro just made a shameless copy of it is disgusting
o0o TheOneAndOnlyVr3 o0o Myro's remix of Your Love may be better mixing and mastering*, but that doesn't mean a single thing. He made that in 2016, whereas this was made a whole 5 years before it, even more than that. Even though his remix is slightly better in terms of mixing and mastering, Subscape's OG beats it because this song was ahead of its time. The sound design in Turn Me On is way too good when you take into account it was made in 2011, while Myro's sound design in his remix of Your Love is nothing special for 2016 at all. I'll just give you one thing - the vocal chops and layering in Myro's remix are the only thing which make it different from Turn Me On, everything else is disgustingly, horrifyingly similar to Myro's remix, which in itself should be enough to claim that Subscape's original is better than Myro's fucking carbon copy of it.

Yes, Turn Me On's sound design is really impressive for its period, but that shouldn't affect how much one enjoys listening to it, especially if the other version is, in the end of the day, as much of a carbon copy as it is, one with higher production quality
